- This home allows pets for a fee. Any undisclosed pets brought in without AvantStay’s approval will result in a $500 fine per pet. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors.
- Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. 2 twin rollaway beds and additional linens are located in the master closet.
- All bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom.
- Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.
- POOL & SPA: Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 86 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating. If you opt for pool heat please know that pool heat and spa heat can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- Please note that the pool sun loungers do not have cushions and we are unable to provide them upon request, we apologize for this inconvenience.
- Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.
- The grass areas will be unavailable for use through the end of October while we re-seed for the winter. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- All furniture and household items must remain where placed. If you need to rearrange, please return items afterward or contact our Concierge. Unauthorized movement may result in a reset fee.

The concierge services are provided by a local, third-party service that the managing host is assisting to arrange and are not affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons, the renter understands that they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

We were 3 families of 11 people with older teens/ 20 yr old It was great to have the 6 bedrooms and an en-suite with each room Bathrooms were well stocked and a lot of towels for both shower and pool The pool was a great size and having the heat made the pool so enjoyable and we stayed in it for hours at a time The only thing I could suggest would to have some pool noodles available to use We used the pickle ball court several times and was fun for all ages to use The backyard was very private The kitchen and dining table was large enough to accommodate us all. We cooked a few times Note that there was only salt pepper and some oil cooking spray for condiments as well as some coffeeThe house was very clean and ample room for 3 cars to park in driveway House was close to grocery stores and restaurants We did have trouble with the front door keypad and went through the garage the entire time which was not a problem We would stay again

Great place for extended family.

We had our 3 kids and their spouses and 7 grandkids. Huge house and all had plenty of space. The pool area was awesome and pickleball was a huge hit. Didn't have to leave the place as was plenty to do. We had the pool heated and it was perfect. Plenty of pool towels. Only downside of it was when we checked in the code didn't work but they corrected it right away. Didn't have wash cloths in some of the bathrooms so would definitely recommend more of them. Management responded to our needs very quickly \.

A wonderful place to stay in the winter

Our family stayed a week at this well managed, beautifully maintained property in late November. We had so much fun playing paddle ball, swimming, and just generally relaxing in the lovely yard. The temperature was perfect in and outside the house. The property description is totally accurate. I can see renting this house again, any time of the year, when we have another family reunion.

We had a great time. We had so much fun on the pickle ball court. The oven was a bit temperamental and the master a.c. a bit noisey (ticked when set at 70) but those were extremely minor annoyances. We hopefully will b back next year.
