Property was represented well. Easy and convient walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis venue. Property manager did not give all digits for lock to enter property but it was resolved quickly. Please list that coffee maker is for ground coffee. Pool and spa worked worked well.

Pool was dirty with popsicle sticks and plastic packaging , empty beer cans and cups in pool and in and around backyard . This used to be great and clean properly and we’ve been coming here for few years but NO MORE!! Next year we’re going with another property

When we got there on Fri early eve, it had rained . Backyard was all flooded as the pumps to suck water out were broken or not on. One if the bedrooms was little flooded as well eat the window on the floor. Next day, internet was out and the equipment to reset it was in garage which was locked. We called management and we were told a tech/rep would come in 30 min. After 2 hours someone showed up and was able to fix it. Water from flood in backyard was next morning.

Overall it was a good space for families with kids who like to swim. The kitchen (inside and out) was great. I will say communicating with Vacasa (the property manager) was impossible - waiting on hold for up to an hour at times. I understand it was Spring Break but their communication was less than impressive. The house is in a basic neighborhood, lots of stuff nearby - grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

This property was amazing! House was so spacious & clean! And the backyard was like a personal tropical getaway with the private pool & pool toys (we brought some of our own too!). Check-in process was super easy! Would definitely recommend and visit here again! We have 4 kids ages 7 to 14 & everyone had an amazing time!

House layout and pool is nice, but there were many things that just made this stay ok. First, spa was not set up to turn heat on to enjoy at night and the gate to turn up heat was locked. Owner had not paid their internet bill so we had no internet until rental agency could contact them. Beds were not very comfortable, in fact one bed was so loud due to poorly being put together that we could not sleep on it. Hot water did not get hot, just warm, which did not make for nice showers. BBQ starter battery was out and the inside of BBQ was covered in cobwebs. Outdoor patio furniture was used as the imaged dining table-the chairs were so uncomfortable that it was not pleasant to sit and eat. There are eye ball ornaments around the house, which some say gets rid of evil, but these ornaments were creepy. Rental agency check- in contact was not very knowledgeable about property and not professional. I would only stay here again for a really good deal!

My friends and I have a great time at this vacation rental. The pool area was wonderful with lots of shade. The location was close to lots of grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. There was lots of seating inside and out for our group. Our only issues was that couldn’t figure out how to use the fire pit or grill so would love to have had instructions and a lighter (if required). We also would have loved to have a hot hot tub, but it was same temp as the pool. We saw a picture in the manual for a panel to adjust the heat, but we think it was behind a gate that was locked. Otherwise everything was really good and would recommend.

We loved our stay at Escape to La Quinta! It was clean and comfortable, everything worked well (the switches and remotes were labeled, too) and we had all we needed right at our fingertips! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We booked this as a weekend getaway for our family with young kids. We wanted a place that felt private, and where the backyard was comfortable whether in or out of the pool. This house checked those boxes and then some. The listing does not tell you about some of the amenities that made our stay more enjoyable and others might want to know. The pool, at it's deepest, is 4 feet deep. I'm pretty sure it's a salt water pool, which was really nice for my family's sensitive skin. There were lots of towels, too, which was nice. The kitchen was well-stocked with silverware, dishes, and all the necessary gadgets. It included plastic dishes (a must for being by the pool). I was pleasantly surprised, also, by the amount of supplies we were provided. I've rented houses before, and it's usually a stretch to not run out of trash bags, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and basically all of the items that get used up. Not this house! We had everything we needed, and found a little extra, which is nice to not have to worry about in a rental. A few things to be aware of. The pool probably needs to be refinished. It was quite rough and every family member came away with at least one scratch. And while there were plenty of plastic cups, there weren't any plastic wine glasses, which I think is critical to being outside near the pool. Finally, the knives were less sharp than I would like, but that's on-par with every rental house I've used. I might just start to bring my own honing tool.

The property was very nice with a couple of procedural exceptions. First, no access to the garage. I have stayed at a half dozen VRBO properties and this is the first that locked us out of the garage. They said the No Garage clause is by inference, if not specifically listed as included then it is not included....my response, X out the picture with the garage. We had to park exposed which required us to load and unload the vehicle every day. The pool and Spa...no one said there was an extra (depending on who you talked to) $49-69 per day charge to heat the spa (I am pretty sure we settled on $49). X out the spa if you do not include the heat (I understand not heating a pool but you don't have a spa without heat and there is no way we used $49 of natural gas per day). The family room dining furniture was really patio table and chairs, not up to the rest of the home nor were they comfortable to sit on. While by wife says this is "normal", all of the add on fees, cleaning, admin, pool, etc, had I known about them before I made the reservation, would have pushed me to another property or alternate accommodations . And lastly, the property manager had my credit card, the fees were paid and cleared, they had a copy of my drivers license and signed contract BUT we had to take a 30 minute detour to go by the office to get a combination to an onsite lock box. This is a total waste of our time (we were tired after a 8 hour drive) and did not need the additional steps....email me the combination.

The home was clean with an exception to the carpet. It needs replaced - very dirty looking. The pool was nice but stung my children’s eyes so they stopped using it. Beds are small (no king beds at all). but comfy with the exception that the frame feels and sounds like it’s going to break at any second. (Even with a 60 lb 10 year old!) the worst part of our stay though was the internet. It started out ok but within hours it was so slow and by the 2nd day, it was nonexistent! The modem stopped handing out IP addresses so no one could connect. An easy reset of the modem is all that was needed but you can’t get to the modem! For what is charged per night something as simple as internet should not become an issue. Nicole tried to fix it but couldn’t. Property management doesn’t have a key to the locked closet the modem is in. Thankful she tried but irritated that it couldn’t be fixed. Overall, nice house, nice pool, horrible internet! And face it, we ALL depend on dependable, reliable, fast internet!
