A tribute to our favorite world traveler-he`s the first to stay at our properties and give us the good, bad and ugly so we can fine-tune the ultimate experience for YOU. This newly remodeled lake home boasts 4 sleeping areas, game room with a ping pong table and `freeplay` gaming machine, large gathering spaces in and out, chef`s kitchen and your own kayaks to explore the area.
Enjoy sunsets and lake views from the hot tub on the expansive deck or while grilling on the Black Stone!

Expansive west-facing views of Stone Lake from both levels and multi level deck.

*Kitchen sits on main level with 3 bedrooms, great room with large screen TV, 2 dining tables and access to upper deck and Black Stone grill.

*Lower level includes walkout sunroom with sleeper sofa, access to patio and hot tub, game room with TV, bar, ping pong and arcade machine and 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds, laundry room and a second TV area.

*Outdoor amenities include kayaks, fire pit, lounging furniture, easy access to lake and all the sunsets you can handle!

House is all yours!

Residential but lively lake community with grocery, gas and coffee less than 5 minutes away. The road in front of the house is a one-way street and pedestrian trail. We have three other lake rental properties, one being the white house right next door. Nights are quiet, we ask that noise remain at a minimum after 10pm.

Parking area fits 2 cars with additional free street parking.

We love animals but no pets allowed at Uncle Larry’s. If a pet is determined to have been on premises the full deposit shall be forfeited.

Cameras are at entrances to the home for your safety and ours. They are not in view of hot tub. If the cameras are found to not be in working order during your stay, host reserves the right to enter the property to resolve problem.

Strict cap at 10 guests per neighborhood ordinance. We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement if more than 10 guests are at the property for any reason. 8 adults and 2 children is best max combination.

No Parties. Parties are defined as more than the number of guests in the reservation. Deposit will be forfeited and guests will be asked to leave without a refund if this happens.
⭕Refund Policy Peak Season:
While we accommodate a generous cancellation policy in the `off-season,` we consider our peak season to be the time inclusive of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. During this time, we follow a strict policy and offer a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

✌️As part of our commitment to safety and security, we kindly request all guests to sign and agree to our rental agreement and fill out a guest check-in form prior to check in. This form includes information for all guests 18+ who will be staying at the property. The form will be conveniently emailed to you upon booking. We understand that this additional step may seem cumbersome, but it is necessary to ensure the safety and security of our home, our guests and community. Please note that no security deposit is required. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

🎥Exterior surveillance cameras at the entrances serve as an extra security measure and are not intended for monitoring guests, except in cases of suspicious activity. We kindly request that they remain on and the wifi is not unplugged during your stay. In the event that cameras become non-functional, we may need to investigate the premises. In case you were wondering, there are no cameras in view of the hot tub 😊 Your cooperation is very much appreciated!

🛁Hot Tub:
Use at your own risk, no small children allowed in or near hot tub. Follow all Indiana regulations listed on sign visibly posted near spa.
No smoking, alcohol consumption or glass near hot tub.

🍷Broken glass in or near hot tub will result in $250 fee.
Please leave cover on when not in use and use lockdown clips to prevent wind from blowing cover off - it gets very windy on the lake!
🌡️Return temp to 100 degrees upon checkout and make sure cover is closed.
Use common sense.

😞Things happen… if for unforeseen reasons the hot tub is unavailable during your stay you will be refunded $50 per day of your stay (not including check out day).

✔️Noise:
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The white house next door is also a short-term rental. While you are more than welcome to make use of the outdoor spaces whenever you please, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm. We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration in this matter.

👟Shoes:
We treat this place like our own, we prefer no shoes in upstairs level, in any bedrooms or on furniture.

🏠Decks:
The decks are outfitted with city inspection approved railing however please use caution with children. Please keep cushions on the sunporch during inclement weather.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Please note that only guests listed on the reservation and the online guest check-in form are allowed on the property. If you plan on having visitors who won`t be staying overnight, kindly inform us in advance.

🧹Cleaning and Checkout:
Airbnb fosters a culture of mutual respect for each other`s homes. Our cleaning fee covers comprehensive tasks like changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, washing windows, and sanitizing and maintaining the hot tub. Basic cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen closet. Kindly dispose of garbage and recyclables in the designated bins and remember to start the dishwasher before you depart.
