Getting Around: The condo is about 16.5 miles | 10 km or about a 28-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
Please note there is noise next to the building, as there is a commerce that works from 8 am to 8 pm.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Wi-Fi, 3 TVs with streaming services, bed linens, washer, dryer, bath towels & some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay. You may also use the pool and BBQ grill in the common area.
The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of 50 USD.
Please note that you may hear dogs barking during your stay, as some neighboring homes have dogs.
As a precaution, please do not lock the interior doors, as we do not have keys to open them if needed. If locked, we would need to call a locksmith and guests would be responsible for covering the fees.
Interaction with Guests: This is a self-check-in property. The residential area is guard-gated. You’ll need to drive to the visitor’s gate on the right to get checked in by the guard and then continue on to the condo building. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.

Almost perfect
The unit was close to town on top of a hill. Nice view. The overall cleanliness of the unit was poor. Washer and dryer very dirty and dryer does not auto turn off scorching clothes. Beds and pillows were the worst as they are very old and hard. Couches were stained and there was only a dirty mop to try to clean up. The unit needs many small repairs to bring up to standards. Electric water pot is broken. No foil, Saran Wrap, bags or anything to help if you are cooking. Only cleaning supply was dish soap. Complex was nice but security gate was always left open. Next time we will rent a hotel.

First of all allow me to say thank you for letting me be your guest. As I am not new to LaPaz nor to the building where your ph1 is.( I normally tent mph1 above it ) also lived in Torres Cantera for more than a year.
The place needs TLC and lacks cleaning supplies.
I had to buy chlorox to mop the floors, not even like windex spray,not single condiment a pinch of black pepper and pinch of salt all there was. Bought food and left it over the counter was attacked by nats little insects. I requsted early check in i was denied. After all when someone gets charged a fee per day should count for 24 hrs not per nights.
Where I wanted to enjoy the balcony and view construction downstairs hammering nails into the concrete except one day labor day lucky me I went to the beach that day.
At nights was windy and all doors and windows rattled and made noise couldn’t get descent sleep.
La Paz is my home away from home where I go to enjoy and relax but unfortunately not this time .
These are small things that can be fixed and addressed. I believe I left the place cleaner than when i checked in.
I am very grateful but simply letting the owner know to up keep the property for the next guest.
