Please be noticed that in the summer season water supply can be restricted.

Although we strive to provide an utmost experience the hosting company cannot be held responsible for malfunction or temporary unavailability in the amenities at the common areas.

All guests must follow common area rules.

Music and dog barking can be eventually listened. If you are noise sensitive we recommend you reconsidered your vacation at this site.

Due to the quality of construction you can expect to hear noise of adjacent units.



Interaction with Guests:

We are a Real Estate + Vacation Rental team in town happy to provide assistance for visitors, adventurers, travelers.

Although we are on site and our office is 5 min away from this location we provide assistance vía Airbnb.



24 hours before your arrival you will receive your arrival instruction letter. PLEASE read it and confirm you r received it.

The Check in in the units is at 3:00 PM

After 7:00 PM, all personal assistances to guests for check ins at our units will have an additional cost. It is important for this matter that you make sure to read the instruction Letter beforehand.
