Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.
There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.
HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings. - Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay. - Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

-AC in master bedroom broken for the entire stay. It was 90 degrees outside w/ a big window that caught direct sun all day. We couldn’t sleep or go in there at all. Maintenance came out to fix but wasn’t able to. -The kitchen sink was also leaking & pooled out the cabinet & into the floor. Had to hand tighten myself to fix. -Offensively minimal refund back offered for these big inconveniences.
