The Space:

Casa Del Sol is a private desert retreat designed for families and groups of up to eight guests. Its clean, contemporary interiors and open-concept layout make it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together.



The home offers:



- Three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms

- A primary bedroom with one king bed

- A second bedroom with one queen bed

- A bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds

- A bright living room with comfortable seating and a TV

- A fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, generous counter space, and breakfast-bar seating

- An indoor dining area for shared meals

- Air conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort

- A private laundry area with a washer and dryer

- Is a very spacious house



Step outside to your private courtyard, where the two-level pool becomes the center of the stay. Swim, cool off, relax in the sun, or enjoy a meal under the shaded pergola.



Above the home, the furnished rooftop offers another place to slow down. Gather around the firepit, enjoy the open desert sky, and take in views toward the Bay of La Paz and the surrounding mountains.



The upper patio was off-limits for safety reasons. Plus, the upper pool is a hot tub.



Casa Del Sol combines privacy, space, and the comforts of home in a quiet El Centenario setting, within driving distance of La Paz.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen and living areas, the private pool courtyard, the shaded outdoor dining area, the rooftop lounge, the laundry area, and gated on-site parking.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Del Sol is located in El Centenario, a peaceful residential community just outside La Paz. The area is known for its open desert landscape, relaxed atmosphere, and wide views toward the bay and mountains.



It is a comfortable base for guests who value privacy and quiet while remaining within driving distance of the La Paz Malecón, restaurants, grocery stores, the airport, and the city’s main attractions.



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended for staying in El Centenario and exploring La Paz, the Malecón, nearby beaches, restaurants, and shopping.



The home has gated on-site parking. Driving times vary with traffic and road conditions; allow approximately 20–25 minutes to reach the La Paz Malecón and approximately 15 minutes to reach Manuel Márquez de León International Airport.

Other Things to Note:

The private pool, rooftop, and exterior stairs require attentive adult supervision. Children must be supervised at all times in these areas.



The rooftop and pool patio are open-air spaces, so conditions may vary with sun, wind, and seasonal weather.



As in other parts of La Paz, occasional water or power interruptions may occur, especially during extreme summer weather. These regional events are outside the property’s control, but our team will respond and assist as promptly as possible if one affects your stay.
