We're so sorry you were unhappy, Marty. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an elevator, but we do have four accessible rooms on the first floor that can be requested when making a reservation with us. Otherwise, guests can specify their preference when making the reservation and we'll do the best we can to get them that first floor room. Our housekeepers are unable to provide stay-over service for any rooms with a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and cannot change sheets if items are left on the bed. We are always working to improve our breakfast selection, but are unable to provide a full restaurant style breakfast at this time. We are going through hospitality training with all of our staff, including the front desk.
