Bassmaster Youth State Championship

Perfect place for tournament with power on dock to charge boat and plenty of parking. House was clean and spacious with awesome room with bunk beds for the kids!!

My only suggestions for those who rent here if possible just try to arrive while there is day light. The roads to the house at night are extremely dark. But other than that the experience was amazing. The house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed every second. Even during the holiday time the owners responded in a timely manner for any support we needed.

Homey Cove

the house is unassuming on the outside - but quite spacious inside. we were very comfortable as an extended family visit - only the dining table was bit tight. weren't able to enjoy the deck as much with hurricane Debbie passing through. but was able to jet ski, paddle and swim a couple sunny-ish days in the cove - very peaceful and refreshing - highlight of the trip. plenty of car parking, though parking a boat trailer might be challenging. sadly, issues with our trailer meant no boat in the water. owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Relaxing by the Lake

Very nice house, owner was very responsive, no steps to get down to the lake, cove on the lake very wide, rented a boat and didn’t need to leave the cove. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice Property but boathouse photograph is not accurate.

The property was very nice, the host was great and very responsive. The picture of the boat house depicts an open use concept; however, the boathouse is not accessible to guests and the water was turned off to the boathouse as well. Unfortunately, the boathouse use was a deciding factor to visit this property amongst others nearby. A suggestion would be to provide a closed photograph of the boathouse and note its use is not part of the rental.

Over all great place if I was at a hotel I would’ve had to cart my own trash away for as much as we paid a cleaning fee was added for what ?we did all the cleaning as instructed by owner the house needs a few up grades the toilets was so low like in the 60’s spider webs in the corner in living room difficulty locating garbage bags outdoor furniture un useable needs cleaning prior to guests arrival yet mentioned in advertisement of home amenities
