For larger groups, consider renting this apartment along with the unit across the hall (Apt. 202, 3rd St. Downtown La Crosse) to reserve the entire floor, offering a total of four bedrooms.



Guest Access:

You'll have private access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Enjoy amenities like air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking. Entry is via a lockbox and smart lock. Please be aware that this is an upper-level apartment, and access requires navigating stairs.

Please be aware that this property is situated near a bar, which may result in noise disturbances, especially on busy evenings. However, if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife, you'll appreciate the lively atmosphere.



Parking: Two parking spaces are available in the back alley. Parking availability isn't guaranteed upon arrival. These spaces are reserved for guests, but nearby businesses may occasionally use them.
