**Air Conditioning**
Our cabin is equipped with a stationary air conditioner located in the living room. While this provides a pleasant cooling effect for the main living area, please note that it is not a fully ducted air conditioning system. People traveling with dogs

1. We love having furry friends visit! You're welcome to bring up to one dog with you weighting no more than 30lds.

2. While dog are part of the family, please keep them off the furniture to help us maintain a clean and cozy environment.

3. Remember to pick up after your pet. There's a designated outside garbage bin for your convenience, and please use it before you check out. There is a $50 fee if we need to clean up.

4. We want your dogs to be comfortable, but please keep them off any bedding to keep it fresh for everyone.

5. If you need to step out, make sure your dog is in a crate for its safety and the safety of the property.

6. A pet fee is required upon arrival to cover any cleaning or maintenance costs. Anybody showing up without a pet fee paid will be charged an additional $35. We appreciate your understanding.

7. We do have a outside security camera – it's there to ensure everyone's safety, so please don't attempt to hide your pets.
