„The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.“

Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. „Needs serious updating. Door window frame to our room is broken. Blinds are broken/malfunctioning. Room and lobby smell musty. Check in staff did not explain how to get to location of our room—we were told to “go to the three buildings” for your room. That part was correct, we found the three buildings. However, we were on the bottom of three floors and parking around the back side was where we should’ve parked. We had to figure out which building and which floor without any signage to help us. ...

„The property is outdated and could use a lot of updates and repairs, but the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the views were fantastic. The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. We had a lot of fun at the pool and met a few people from different parts of the country. Overall, our experience was great. My one suggestion would be to bring back the hot tubs. They need to update their Expedia page because a lot of the information is old and some of their amenities no longer ...

„The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through ...
