Victoria: holiday home with private pool

This house for 6 people is rented in L’Escala. It is a 15 minute (1 km) walk to Montgó beach, restaurants and a supermarket.
The Montgrí Natural Park is 150 m away and the historic center of L’Escala is 3.2 km away.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a private pool (6.5 x 3 m with 1.30 m depth), terrace, outdoor dining area with barbecue, parasol and sun loungers.
The living room has a TV with international channels and WiFi.
The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, it has an american filter coffee maker, dishwasher and oven.
This accommodation has three bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (150cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), and a bedroom with a bunk bed (90cm). All beds offer linens, duvets or blankets and pillows.
There is a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet.
This accommodation has a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline with clothespins, private outdoor parking for one or two cars and pets are allowed (at an additional cost).

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between € 200 and € 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
