Tatiana: Moderne Villa mit privatem Pool

House sleeping up to 9 guests in L’Escala, with a fully fenced garden and a private swimming pool measuring 6 × 3 metres, with a depth of 1.10 to 1.60 metres. Outside, there is an outdoor dining table, a built-in barbecue and sun loungers.

The house is arranged over two floors. The living and dining room has air conditioning, a television with French channels and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and oven.

There are four bedrooms: two each have one double bed measuring 140 cm wide, one has a double bed measuring 160 cm wide, and the fourth has a raised bed measuring 135 cm wide and a single sofa bed measuring 120 cm wide, for one person. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds include bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows.

There are three bathrooms: one with a bath and two with a shower. The accommodation also has heating, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a clothes airer with pegs. Private parking is available for one car.

The house is around a 15-minute walk (1.4 km) from Riells beach, with restaurants and a supermarket in the area. Montgrí Natural Park is 100 metres away, and the historic centre of L’Escala is 3 km away.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
