Renovated apartment in L’Escala with views of the harbour and the sea, located five minutes from Riells beach, next to restaurants and souvenir shops.

The apartment is arranged over two floors. On the first floor are the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, coffee maker and oven, and the living room, connected by a window. The living room’s large windows face the outdoor terrace. This floor has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the central area, there is a bathroom with a shower, as well as a WC.

On the second floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a terrace and a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

The accommodation has air conditioning only on the first floor, Wi-Fi, and one parking space.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
