„We loved our stay overall. The place was beautiful and spacious, and the architectural details and lighting were lovely. There was only 1 bed, which was a little disappointing to our adult children. Other places we’ve stayed in Japan have specified if a bedroom had only mats, but this listing indicated beds in all 3 bedrooms. It was still a nice place to stay. I only mention this to suggest that the listing could be more accurate if it was clear that only bedroom 1 has a true bed. “

„Hibiki is a beautiful property in the heart of the Gion district. I couldn't believe how well the kitchen was set up. All the amenities you could ask for. The courtyard and garden so Zen. At night you can turn on the courtyard uplighting and sit in the living room enjoying the view with a drink. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but steps away from restaurants and grocery stores. I can't recommend it enough, especially for a large group“
