Enjoy a family-friendly getaway in this modern 80 m² log-built villa in the Vuosseli area of East Ruka, Kuusamo. Built in 2020, the villa combines traditional log construction with contemporary comfort, and dogs are warmly welcome. It suits families and outdoor enthusiasts alike, with a private electric sauna, a fireplace, air conditioning and covered terraces, and it sits just 250 m from the ski tracks and snowmobile trails, 3 km from the ski lifts, and 25 km from the golf course and spa.

The villa is laid out on a single floor, with an open-plan kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a utility room and covered terraces.

Living room & Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen and living room forms the heart of the villa, with a fireplace, a smart TV and an internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, hot and cold running mains water, and tableware for 10 guests. A baby cot is available to rent on request (extra fee).

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms provide six fixed bed places in total.

Bathroom & Sauna: An electric sauna is connected to the villa, alongside a washroom with a shower and two WCs. A washing machine, drying cabinet and hairdryer are provided, along with a separate utility room, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment. Mechanical ventilation keeps the villa fresh year-round.

Outdoor area: Covered terraces wrap the villa, one of them giving direct access to the sauna and washroom. In the yard stands a separate modern kota hut and outdoor kitchen, perfect for grilling sausages or roasting marshmallows with hot cocoa, plus a campfire spot and a firewood store with firewood included. Free parking with a car heating plug is available on site. The villa is winterized and non-smoking.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
