"We booked an economy double room. Unfortunately, no exact size information was given on the website. The pictures made the room look much larger, so we were disappointed by the actual size. For two people, the space was very limited, there was only a single-door wardrobe, although the photos showed a two-door one. Overall, it was hardly possible to move around in the room with two people. The photos definitely gave a different impression. In our opinion, the room is highly overpriced for what it offers. The room was located on the 4th floor under the roof, with sloping ceilings and oval windows that you could not look out of. In addition, the elevator only went up to the 3rd floor. On the positive side, we would like to mention the very good location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendly staff. Everything else was fine – only the size and furnishings of the room did not meet our expectations."

"Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Sorrent. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Hotelmanagerin ist hier lobend zu erwähnen, die sich jeden Tag bei jedem Gast persönlich beim Frühstück erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Auch im Vorfeld der Reise wurde man per Mail gefragt,ob man Fragen hat etc. So konnte man einen gut organisierten Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel in Anspruch nehmen. Auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen bekommt man Unterstützung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft. "

"Schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, dafür aber gute Lage mit Blick auf das Meer beim Frühstücken (Kaffee leider katastrophal, Auswahl beim Frühstück ok). Selbst im 4. Stock hatten wir Ameisen auf dem Zimmer. "

"Schönes Hotel, welches aktuell noch renoviert wird (dementsprechend zwischenzeitlich auch Lärmbelästigung). Hätten wir vorher gewußt, dass die Renovierungsarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen sind, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Vor dem Hintergrund passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Zimmer war großzügig bemessen, mit zwei Balkonen. Allerdings gibt es keinen Tisch im Zimmer. Auch kann man das Leselicht nicht separat schalten - entweder beide Seiten haben Licht oder keine. Zudem ist das Hotel hellhörig und die Türen schlagen per Automatik sehr laut zu. Für italienische Verhältnisse gab es ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Viele frische Backprodukte, toller Kaffe - jedoch kein frischgepreßter Saft und Rührej aus Pulver. "
