„This hotel is absolutely fabulous. I have stayed in hundreds of properties around the world and it is rare to get such a good package, yet again for such an affordable price. Highly recommended for any types of trips. Only recommendation for improvement: The doors are closing very loudly, and at night you will hear those of neighbours around you, even on the floors above or below yours. I put earplugs and it was fine then.“

„Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… “

„ Checked in at the wrong JB centre Fives Hotel, not aware that we booked one was Fives hotel Meldrum, do not know there r 3 Fives Hotel in JB, took a grab over to Jalan Meldrum n that is a very quiet place, have to walk very far to eatery n shopping centre, either Changi city or R n F mall“

„Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch. “
