Room was spacious as We got the Suite with window. Bed comfortable however housekeeping service needs improvement. The handovers looked old and worn. Washed cups n glasses were left to dry on a towel in the bathroom. So unhygienic. Ironing board was left on the floor for the 3 days we were there. Litter on carpet wasn’t removed; assumed wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Concierge n doorman very polite n helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Great location with easy walking access to the Malls.

No table No chair provided in the room. Very inconvenient. Also, water leak from the shower to the corridor, bad design to block the water from the shower. I used the shower towel to soak up the water during my 4 nights stay. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. I want to mention that the Starbucks was a plus. Great place for a breakfast & break. Their staff was very friendly.

Disturbing noise from restaurant above
Both of our two rooms were arranged at 18/F, the floor right below the restaurant. Big and frequent noise of foot step and moving futniture from the restaurant occured every night, non-stop, until 2am which was extremely disturbing. Besides, no information during our booking that both rooms were "No window type", which also surprised us. The only merit about this hotel was its convenient location.

I love the location, its right where everything come to live at night. We have 2 problems with the room. The toilet keep flashing on it own here n there. On our last night the power went out all night, thank god the room was cool even though the AC was off due to no power. Other then that everything was good experience.

Good location. Tight rooms.
While very convenient and in the heart of KL, the Copper room i had was tight and because there is no proper breakfast hall, breakfast is served through takeaway boxes, the food quality is bad with thin coffee and cold food. Oily chicken chop and bland nasi lemak. Modern interior deco, more suited for the younger folks.

Ok hotel, med elendig morgenmad
Fint hotel med god placering. Elendig morgenmad, det er ikke buffet som det fremgår ifølge Hotels. Men kold og kedelig plastik-bøtte pakket morgenmad og den tyndeste kaffe der kan opdrives i KL, på trods af der ligger en Starbucks i forbindelse af hotellet. Ellers levede hotellet op til forventningerne, men næste gang bestilles der uden morgenmad.

It was an amazing stay! Best customer service at the reception as well. We were so impressed after checking out at another hotel nearby and coming here for our 2 nights. No regrets & will definitely return :) great location as well as comfortable stay .

Super comfy bed & pillows. Great water pressure. Loved the chair. Fabulous location. Very helpful and attentive concierge. Slight smell in the toilet. Lights are very dim in the rooms. Terrible when need to do makeup. Insuffient table/surface space. Disappointing breakfast, not buffet & delivered to the room. Overall great stay and worth the price paid.

The room was really clean and nice. Location is fantastic. However the parking is only valet which is not convenient for me.

My lockdown weekend with WOLO
I was not able to cancel or change my booking hence I decided to proceed with the stay. The hotel was so nice to accommodate everything though the parking option of RM30 was very steep and the gentleman nearly wanted to cheat me by saying that even one hour extension past midday I would be charged anothee RM30 full day rate. Only when I stated very clearly the time I arrived, he agreed to let it be at one day rate. Overall I enjoyed the hotel very much but this platform should be a bit more lenient towards Covid situations which forced me to stay to avoid losing RM200.

The room is cozy for short staycation. Equipped w coffee machine, it really brighten up our stay. Beautiful bathroom design.

Nice place
Room waa nice. Hotel promised some special arrangement for the wedding anniversary celebration but nothing was done. No parking available at the building.
