I will not recommend this property, very bad service.. I simply loose my money … I am very upset.. very bad place .. internet not working, fridge is not working …no one don’t care about the room service also they charge me extra money .. this is my first experience like this .. very bad experience.

Nos dejó un sabor agridulce. Lo bueno es que es un apartamento muy espacioso, vistas maravillosas a las torres y tiene todos los electrodomésticos. Lo malo es que no tiene buen mantenimiento, solo tuvimos agua caliente dos días y no lo arreglaron después de tres ocasiones, al final lo dimos por perdido, el papel de baño lo racionan y hay que pedirlo constantemente, tampoco limpian las habitaciones ni cambian toallas. La piscina Infinity con vistas a las torres es de pago, aunque hay otra gratis con otras vistas en la planta 8. No hay ni cafetería ni restaurante, tampoco en los alrededores.

1.Amneties not working. Eg fan, and broken water bidet. 2. The concierge refused to change room even after acknowledging amneties not working. 3. Noisy neighbors even after quiet hours. 4.Lights not working at all and was only changed after requested. 5.No adequate lighting at swimming pool, dangeround after 7pm/dark. 6.Stains on bedsheet indicated its been used plenty of times and no housekeeping was done. 7. The whole room was smelling bad, with poor ventilation. 8. Multiple requests of changing room was not entertained despite highligting this. No proper answer was given or action was taken. 9. Poor housekeeping.

KEEP AWAY !!! Disgusting & smelly

I booked into a three-star hotel, and surprisingly, when I arrived at the reception, they told me it was a serviced apartment which I did not want. anyway, we were going to stay there for two nights at KL so we thought we would go with the flow. once we entered the room, there was a horrible smell, which made me almost vomit, and I had to control myself not to vomit. On the bedsheets, there were some stains which looked like someone had sexually discharged themselves. this room was unbearably, not healthy to stay in because of the damp smell that was coming within the room. so we went to the reception and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Shabir, he told us to contact the maintenance team on a WhatsApp number who manages the room, and somebody would come out to clean it at their convenience. we told him that we couldn’t wait for his convenience. Somebody has to come out now it’s urgent, so Shabir contacted them directly somebody came in a short time and the gentleman who looked at the room said this is not a good room to stay in. You should change the room immediately. so we went back to the reception room and Shabir said there was nothing else available, so we requested a refund which he promised to do with Hotels.com and Hotels.com are saying they will not refund the money. Unbelievable!!!! We are also disappointed with hotels.com and how they have handled this matter & not wanting to refund an unhabitable room which was advertised & paid for on their platform.

Sehr schlimmer Laden. Nach einer Stunde sind wir ausgezogen und haben uns ein Zimmer in einem Ketten Hotel gebucht. Unser Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand. Schimmel im Bad, Decke gelbe Flecken, Gebrauchsspuren an verschiedenen Stellen auf dem Sofa waren viele weiße Flecken, ekelhaft. Um unseren Problem wollte man sich nicht kümmern eine Rückerstattung lehnte man auch ab. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Beautiful place with awesome infinity pool but...

The stay was great, we were welcomed by nice staff with which we communicated via email beforehand a few times. The room was nice with a stunning view on the KL skyline. (the hotel is not directly in the city and we recommend taking a grab to Petronas etc as walking takes about half an hour and there are close to no crossings made for walking) Missing in the room were: spare towels for the pool, we only had one each for the shower but no extra. Also coat hangers and any place to hang a wet towel would've been nice. Apart from that the room was nice with an awesome rainforest like shower. The AC worked very well. Our neighbours were a bit noisy until midnight (you could hear them slamming /ringing the door but nothing through the wall. The two pools are awesome and probably the best thing about this hotel. The infinity on level 8 already looked really nice and the one on the rooftop was even better. Such a nice view of the city. Only downside about the rooftop pool: only 20 persons are allowed to go at the same time and it is only open from noon to 10 pm. Due to that, many people cue up to 4 hours before you can get the special access card in front of it. Second downside: you need this card also to use the gym, so even less people can go to the pool and nearly nobody uses the gym. This should be changed. Apart from that it was a very nice and tidy hotel and we would definitely go there again - greetings from Germany :)

INFINITY POOL on 48th floor CLOSED from June 2019!

Great experience IF you get the upgrade from Signature/Junior suite, 50sqm, to Expressionz suite, 80sqm . Immaculate apartment, complete kitchen, more dishes, pans and cutlery would be nice, plus laundry, about 35e; sadly they raised the price now almost twofold. Corner room, number 3a on highest level, is the best. The couch needs some deep cleaning and WINDOWS should be CLEANED professionally from OUTSIDE which is totally possible with telescope sticks, and no, it's not paint it's just lot of bird sh#t on the windows.. after all it's the view we are paying for. Breakfast should have more options and more diverse fruits and salads, not just the eternal same watermelon and pineapple, 20rm. The management, through WhatsApp, is sometimes a bit slow to respond. Only local TV... Some international news channel should not be so difficult to add. A proper desk would be nice too. Please add frequency to the shuttle bus service.

Pertama kali menginap di sini melalui MyKey. Bilik besar, bersih dan selesa. Lengkap dengan kemudahan² asas yang diperlukan oleh kami sekeluarga. Berdekatan dengan IJN, ambil masa dalam 5 minit sahaja ke seberang menggunakan jejantas. InsyaAllah akan menginap lagi di sini pada temujanji akan datang.

the hotel is situated in a very good area. Rooms were big and nicely decorated. the only negative is that the room that we stayed in was infested with cockroaches, both bathrooms and the kitchen. dont know if the problem is specific to the room that we stayed in or to the building . There was a small shop at the ground floor were we could buy items like water, drinks and sweets

ゴキブリが大量に出ます 100匹はいました 壁に不気味な絵が書いてあったり 血のついたバスマットがありました タオルは破けていてなかなか交換もしてもらえません 宿泊中は部屋の掃除はしてもらえませんでした(お願いしたらダメだと言われた)

예약 부재

호텔 닷컴을 통하여 레지던스를 예약,확정후 스위스가든 레지던스 에 도착,프론트에 갔으나 예약 받은적이없다함. 그래서 에이젼트(호텔닷컴) 으로 전화 하라함. 몆번 전화해서 통화되엇으나, 또 다른 숙소를 권유.,국제전화 비용 엄청나올듯. 호털닷컴과 호텔 레지던스 측과의 소통이 원할하지 않음을 발견. 호텔닷컴은 왜 이런식으로 일을 처리 하나요. 얼마나 짜증 나는 일인지 아는지요.

All good i really satisfied for the view and the room condition but one thing, on the midnight the aircond suddenly have sound quite noise and stopped. So i need to sleep on living room not on the room. That spoil my staycation on here. I hope the property will fix the aircond so.
