„We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital.
Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room!
The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs.“

The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.“

The shower lack of ventilation.Having a difficulties to control flow of hot water. The breakfast is really good even though don't have much variety. Maybe can add on some fruits or cereal after this. All and all, it was a good place to stay if you want to save budget on accommodation.

Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.“

The one thing that might pull myself to not stay there again is the internet service, which is very important these days. They need to upgrade the internet wifi because its virtually none existence.
