Der Boden im Zimmer war immer dreckig. Man hatte nach der Dusche sofort schwarze Füße. Der Privatpool war dreckig und wurde in den 6 Tagen auch nicht gereinigt. Die Armatur im Waschbecken müsste erneuert werden. Allgemein ist die Sauberkeit im Bad nicht so doll. Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe, wenn man den Duschkopf nicht in die Hand nehmen möchte. Man kann durch die Sitzbank nicht richtig stehen, weil sonst das Wasser nicht an einen kommt. Klimaanlage viel zu kalt. Wenn sie auf 26/27 Grad steht ist es immer noch frostig und ist sehr laut.

Massentourismus in abgewohntem Hotel
Nach nur einer von vier geplanten vier Übernachtungen sind wir wieder abgereist. In diesem Hotel stimmte für uns einfach gar nichts. Trotz der positiven Bewertungen machte das Hotel keinen guten Eindruck, abgenutzt, angewöhnt überall Schmutz. Das Zimmer roch muffig auf allen Oberflächen Schmutz, im Bad übermalter Schimmel. Dazu ein andauerndes Brummen ausgelöst durch einen Generator/Pumpe neben jedem Zimmer dessen Schall sich auf die Wände uberträgt. Lift ist ebenfalls gut hörbar. Viele angetrunkene Gäste. Frühstücksbuffet überlaufen, laut und dreckige Tische, Möbel. Unappetitlich, sehr viele Fliegen, unmotiviertes Personal. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der Ausblick aufs Meer aus der siebten Etage und die schnelle Reaktion des Managements die uns zum neuen Hotel gefahren hat und uns das Geld für die letzten drei Nächte erstattet hat. Aber ansonsten nie wieder!

Panan is really a A resort. It might be officially a 4 star resort but what impressed me most was the real 5 star service. Genuine kindness, embodying the land of smiles, going beyond what is expected. Some examples: *Too many choices at the buffet, the staff will kindly approach you and offer you some live repaired food u might like. *They bring your wife desertand see you have an empty plate. Of course they offer to get u some. *they make your honeymoon unforgettable by upgrading your room free of charge to a great view room and even arrange transport to your expensive 5 star hotel, because it can not be reached by phone. So again I like tp personally thank the whole team specially Mr Messi, who was always around at breakfast to cater to our every need, and Mr Tongu (hope spelling Ing is right) who saved us a lot of time and headache arranging the transport to our other hotel. Pros: Service Location (5 min to beach but privat n quiet with everything nearby) 3 pools (1main, 1rooftop,1kid) Great breakfast

Sehr moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, außen- und Poolanlage ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und reichhaltig (Asia- und westliche Küche). Die Einrichtung war etwas abgewohnt, was jedoch nicht weiter stört. Das Hotel ist super gelegen und hat uns auch vor Ort auf den ersten Eindruck am besten von allen Hotels in Ao Nang gefallen. Wer mehr die Ruhe sucht sollte bei der Buchung den Wunsch äußern, im Gebäudeteil 2 oder 3 untergebracht zu werden, da sich der kinderpool, miniclub und das Restaurant direkt vor Gebäude 1 und 4 befinden. Sehr empfehlenswert ist die Happy Hour von 5 - 6 PM am Rooftoppool mit Blick auf den Felsen und Sonnenuntergang sowie die gut gemixten Cocktails.

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in Strandnähe
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist aber ruhig und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war absolut sauber und schön modern. Die Betten sind super bequem und wir haben bestens darin geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist auch für Langschläfer geeignet und es gibt eine große Auswahl verschiedenster Speisen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Schickes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal
Das Hotel ist neu eröffent und sehr modern gestaltet. Eine tolle Aussicht bietet der Rooftop Pool - hier könnten noch ein, zwei Sonnenschirme aufgestellt werden. Für Kinder eignet sich das "Spieleland" und der "normale" Pool mit seinen Wasserattraktionen. Das Hotel ist zwar 5 Min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, dafür ist man aber mitten im Geschehen. Das Frühstück war gut und bietet eine Auswahl an europäischen und asiatischen Speisen. Hervorzuheben sind das super freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal! Danke für den angenehmen Aufenhalt!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Hatten bedenken vor dem buchen, weil es noch nicht so bewertet war und es nicht so viele Infos gab. Das Hotel erhält von uns eine top Bewertung. Bei jedem Thema wurden wir zu tiefst beeindruckt, vor allem der Service. Es ist alles sehr neu aber es fehlt dennoch an nix. Das Hotel Personal sorgt wirklich ums wohl ergehen der Gäste. Zudem ist die Lage echt der Hammer. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Obwohl man mitten im belebten Viertel ist, liegt das Hotel dennoch in einer ruhigen Lage abseits von der Hauptstraße. Waren 6 Nächte da und würden wieder kommen

Very nice Hotel close to the Beach
We had a great stay in Panan Krabi Resort. They have nice big rooms and some of them have private swimingpools and some a direct access to the pool. In one of the buildings there is a rooftop pool, what‘s very nice! The Hotel director was very nice and brought us a B‘day cake as my partner had b‘day that day! We enjoyed very much our stay in this hotel.

We stayed there during the soft opening, amazing resort, not far to the beach. Everybody was very nice and professional. Breakfast good, rooms clean and nice, poolarea had a bar down and was big, and there was a rooftop pool as well. Would go there again for Sure!

Everyone was so nice. It was very clean and there were lots of events going on: cooking classes, rock climbing, excursions, etc. The staff was amazing and always making sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our stay. Location is convenient. If we come back to ao nang, we will definitely stay here again.

It is a short distance away from the beach. There are many eateries and small shops around. It's about a 20 min walk away from the night market. The hotel itself had a great view from the room and rooftop swimming pool. Staff are very accomdating. Very very clean.

The hotel was good and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was a bit random but offered a lot of variety. We didn’t go in the pool areas but they looked very nice. The only issue we had was the housekeeping which kept taking things out of the room for cleaning but not replacing them, ie towels and robes. They would also leave collect rubbish and dirty mugs some days but not others. The staff were incredibly accommodating, I had accidentally not booked enough nights and they were super helpful about getting me another night and arranging transport back to the airport. We also got a sea view room and to be honest the majority of our view was of another hotel. So if I was going back I probably wouldn’t opt for that type of room.

The ac did not work for the 3 nights we stayed here. The hotel knew about the schedule maintenance but did not prepare the hotel and make sure guests are comfortable. It’s 95 degree everyday here. There’s no ac at the restaurant when we eat breakfast. Even when it’s working for a short period of time, they set the auto temperature to 82 degree! We make it lower and 10 mins later it would jump back up. We contacted the front desk to get this fixed. It was fixed for a night then it’s back up to 82 degree in the room. We must had contacted them 10 times throughout the trip to get this fixed. Also, the electricity shuts off everyday for 10 mins several times a day. They didn’t warn the guests about it. We can’t shut off the lights in the bathroom. We are told the fridge doesn’t stay cold and don’t put many things in there! All in all, it’s a nice concept resort. Pool is nice but they gotta do better to make the guests comfortable and don’t cheap out on the ac!!!!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Panan!!! The staff were friendly & helpful from check in to check out. The tours we booked with the excursions desk were all fantastic & reasonably priced. The room we had was just unreal, the 180* views were breathtaking. The hotel is in a pretty great location too, just a short walk to the beachfront, and the way it’s situated, you’re on the main strip, but slightly away from it, which is great as you do not hear any of the hustle or bustle from the room, but still have everything in walking distance. The room was always immaculate when the cleaner came in and the outdoor areas were all solid!! Breakfast was pretty average and the rooftop pool bar was swarming with flies when you went for a happy hour drink. Even with this, I’d stay here every single time I come back to Ao Nang!
