Wir waren 10 Tage im November im Dusit Thani und es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Schon der Empfang und Check-In waren super und der Service und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir kannten es noch als es zu Sheraton gehörte. Wir waren ziemlich geschockt was seitdem passierte. Das Personal ist ziemlich überfordert und es fehlte einfach die thailändische Freundlichkeit. Beim Check-in mussten wir lange warten obwohl keine Gäste da waren. Sehr unpersönlich. Auch hat es keinen 5* Standard mehr. Unser Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Leider sehr hellhörig und unsere Nachbarn bis in die Nacht laut. Das Frühstück war chaotisch und hatte Mensa-Atmosphäre. Für Vegetarier gibt es eine begrenze Auswahl aber man sollte vorsichtig sein. Der Kartoffelsalat wurde als vegetarisch deklariert und es war Speck mit drinnen. Das Fitnessstudio war super und neuwertig. Fazit: Uns hat es leider nicht mehr gefallen und wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Da gibt es so viel schönere Resorts in Thailand.

Could be perfect, if there were an adult-only area
I chose the hotel, because I was looking for a comfortable setting close to the beach, where I could relax and also do some creative writing. I therefore booked the deluxe club option because that sounded like a professional and quiet environment. And I almost got it, except that there was actually no quiet space. The day I arrived the deluxe club lounge was noisy due to kids running around, some of them accompanied by parents that didn't care, other unaccompanied (feet on the table, horsing around, noisy, etc.). Similar at the following days. That I found highly unexpected. Fortunately I only booked for three nights. I think it would be adequate for a hotel of that category to offer an adult-only area that provides a reliable quiet setting. Btw, I do not blame the staff at all; they were highly professional and very understanding. And for them it is an impossible situation too.

Schönes Hotel an tollem Strand
Schönes Hotel mit großer Gartenanlage. Man kann sehr schön entweder direkt auf dem Strand, auf Liegen des Hotels, oder auf einer riesigen Wiese entspannen und das tolle Meer und den schönen Strand genießen. Leider ist das Hotel relativ abgelegen und man kann rundherum nicht viel unternehmen. Aber wer einfach nur entspannen will, ist hier richtig. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist leider etwas unorganisiert und es kann entsprechend dauern, bis man einen Tisch zugewiesen bekommt, oder einen Kaffee bekommt. Aber alles in allem trotzdem sehr schön. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind arg überteuert. Zimmer sind sehr schön und WLAN klappt super.

Great Resort for relaxation
My Family had a very nice stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort. Rooms were comfortable, modern, and fully equipped. Staff were very friendly and attentive and everything was well organized and structured. A highlight are definitelly the gardens which are huge and well maintained all over the premise. Breakfast is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. Outside the resort is the possibility to change money at fair rates and I guess inside the hotel as well (we went to an outside money changer). A seven eleven supermarket, taxi stand, restaurants and souvenir shops are also just around the corner. Only negative aspect was that the Fitness Club was under renovation/extension and thus only a few equipments were accessible at a temporary location during our stay. We can recommend Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort without restrictions and can imagine to come back one day.

Es ist nahezu perfekt keine Probleme mit morgendlichen Reservierungen bei den Strandliegen Der weitläufige Rsen fast wie ein Golfrasen zwischen Pool und Strand mit ausreichend Schatten durch riesige Tamarisken. Die schöne Parklandschaft zwischen Hotel und Pool die weitläufigkeit der Anlage da ist man nicht dicht gedrängt zu den anderen Gästen

Warum müssen alle immer nur meckern?
Das Hotel ist nicht so schlecht wie es viele darstellen. Wenn es wochenlang regnet ist das natürlich nervig, aber da kann ja keiner was dazu. Also, die Pools sind ein Wucht, der Strand ist schön, die Zimmer sind ok (nicht euphorieauslösend), das Frühstück ist super. Man sollte nur keine 5 Sterne erwarten, das zahlt man hier auch nicht. Vier sind es meiner Meinung nach aber auf jeden Fall.

Grosszuegige 5* Anlage mit perfektem Service, der Zahn der Zeit laesst sich aber nicht verleugnen: Abnuetzungserscheinungen am Mobiliar, der Lift koennte aus einem Mietshaus der 60er Jahre stammen.

Ein Kleinod - Alltagsstress ade!
Der Faustpfand dieser Hotelanlage ist die sehr weitläufige, toll gestaltete und gepflegte Gartenanlage. Wer mit offenen Augen durch die Hotelanlge spaziert, kann sehr vieles in Fauna und Flora entdecken. Man hat einen direkten Strandzugang und kann ganz nach Wunsch am Sand- oder Gartenstrand oder an einem der 2 Pools seinen Tag verbringen. Den Tag beginnt man, begrüßt durch das super nette Frühstücksteam, mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Je nach Belieben, kann man seinen Tag innerhalb der Hotelanlage genießen oder man unternimmt eine Tour zu den zahlreichen Ausflugszielen in der näheren Umgebung. Je nach Geschmack dürfte für "Jeden" eine erlebnisreiche Ausflugstour möglich sein. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Nebensaison in der Dusit Thani verbracht. Ein heißer Tip, wer Ruhe & Erholung sucht, um der Hektik unseres Alltags zu entfliehen. Die kleinen Krebse bemalen wundervoll den Strand. Den Sonnenuntergang am Strand zu erleben und genießen, ist eine Wohltat für die Seele.

Großzügige Anlage, darum je nach Zimmerlage sehr weite Wege zu Frühstücksrestaurant und Lobby. Club-Zimmer mit Clubprivilegien sind den Aufpreis nicht wert. Clublounge ungemütlich; nur kontinentales Frühstück ... Personal immer unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Alles in allem gut!

Fantastische Anlage!!
Sehr große, wunderschöne Gartenanlage. Sehr sauberer und schöner Strand. Außerhalb der Anlage ist es eher ruhig aber wer Action will muss abends nur nach AoNang fahren, das ist 10min entfernt und mit Taxi oder Mofa leicht zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub!

Amazing property! So well kept and maintained. The staff are the best hotel staff we've met in the world! The beach is fantastic, and very clean. You can't really see it much in the photos, but honestly the hotel beach was one of the best to swim in, even in comparison to Ao Nang, Railay, Phi Phi and Hong Island. The two infinity pools; both facing the ocean are absolutely beautiful. The cocktail hour at Breeze Bar is a must. Most of all, we truly enjoyed the company of the lovely and friendly staff and the guests! If you're coming to Krabi, you MUST stay here.

Overall a very memorable experience. The staff were very friendly and accomodating to all our requests. Breakfast had a good selection of local and international options, delicious fruits. The most enjoyable was the seafood bbq on Sunday. By the beach watching the sunset and a fire show together. Will revisit and stay longer next time. The location, the hotel as a whole, the gym, the breakfast the staff all so lovely and friendly. Reasonable options close by but then Ai Nang is not too far away as well. Will be returning next year.

Execellent hotel with beautiful grounds opening onto a beautiful stretch of beach. Plenty of sunbed space, great facilities and fun fitness classes. Plenty of great restaurants along the beach. The rooms felt a little tired but still very comfortable and for the price you can’t complain! Would certainly stay again

スタッフの方々は英語も流暢で挨拶も気持ちよくしてくれました。 クラブルームを利用しましたが、ちゃんと顔だけでなくどんな飲み物をオーダーしたかもちゃんと翌日も覚えていてサービスしてくれました。 サービス教育が行き届いているホテルなのだろうと感心もしましたし、とてもありがたい事だと感じました。またクラビに来るならぜひぜひ利用したいですし、他のデュシタニにも泊まってみたいです。
