Pros Central location Responsive staff regardless the time Very clean room Cons I was staying at top floor. There's no lift. Window cannot be opened We could not open the blind because people on street can see straight through -this can be sorted with frosted film

All of staff is so kind and nice, very welcoming us and helped us check in even at late night. We could feel that they tried to care us as much as they could. I will definitely recommend this residence. Thanks for your kind hospitality.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay alone. People in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia are so friendly. Especially the hosts are really nice. This is a place I want to stay again next time I go. The location is great so you can walk to most places. I recommend taking Grab. Because the weather is very hot Stayed 4 nights alone It's a really nice accommodation See you again AC Residence

性價比非常之高的酒店，獨遊亞庇的首選，聽我說，選AC Residence沒錯了，⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐之選！當天凌晨才到沙巴，然後打車司機在街道就隨便把我放下了，我在whatsapp中告訴酒店員工，他們還特意來接我呢。員工非常有交帶，事前還會在whatsapp告知我如何入住呢，而且房間打掃得很乾淨沒有異味，冷氣很涼快！其實雖然面積小但是兩塊落地玻璃的設計還是讓人很寫意的！地點是在Asia City，前面行人天橋直走就能到太平洋購物中心、菲律賓市場，很方便的！

I liked that all the light switches are touch pad. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Feels like at least a 4-star hotel. If have lots of luggage, the climb up the stairs to second story might be difficult for some people.

Clean rooms
We were told there was a problem with the AC in the room we booked and so we were given the next room which was smaller. It was still ok as it was just for the two, but the bathroom is a little small. The mattress was really soft, so for those with back problems, you make want to think twice. Other than that, all was good, they have a power bank at your dispense, hair dryer, complimentary masks x2, wet wipes and hand sanitizer spray. The location of the hotel was central and many things were within walking distance.

Best stay, had a really good time here. Everything was great except one of the pillow was a little smelly and the bed was kind of dusty, maybe bcs i have sinus.

We did change all the linen after each check out, this include pillow cover, comforter cover, bed sheet, bath towel and bath mat . In addition to that we do disinfect the entire room after cleaning done . However, we apologise on your experience with the pillow but we want you to come back. If that happen on your next stay please alert us immediately and we promise an immediate response to any issues. We are 24 hours on duty and ready to help :) Thank you for your support and please come again :)
