„The house itself is very nice, comfortable, and the staff on site was kind and helpful. We did enjoy the property overall, and breakfast did improve slightly after we shared feedback.However, the jacuzzi was not working for our entire stay, and we later learned it had already been broken before our arrival. This was not communicated in advance, even though the jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was never fixed and no real compensation was offered beyond ...
