We loved the house. We would stay here again in heart beat. Couple of things that didn’t work were resolved except the garage door opener which was not a big deal. We just parked 3 cars in the driveway.

Excellent property!!!

We have stayed at many vacation homes, and this was probably my most favorite. The house was stunning, well laid out, comfortable, charming, well equipped. We enjoyed the pool so much. There was an issue with pool and the temperature, breaker tripping, the host said we would get a discount for our troubles. I am waiting on that still. The neighborhood is so lovely. We went for a walk on the trail that leads to the shopping center. We always felt safe. I would definitely rent this house again!!

Beautiful home. Beautiful yard. Beautiful bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen. Beautiful pool....WITH POOL COVER!!! The house was VERY spacious!! Overall, our stay at Hale Nani was wonderful! There are definitely some maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the management company, but I can recommend the home without hesitation.

KFD saves the day

The unavailability and lack of timely support of a property manager for any on-site issues had significant negative impact on our vacation. Want to give huge shout out and MAHALO to the local fire department who were AWESOME!!!

Beautiful home

Stayed with family to go to another family members wedding. House was gorgeous. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. The upstairs master is absolutely wild. House is fully stocked and had things like beach umbrellas, chairs, tons of towels, silverware, coffee maker, etc. I don’t think we bought a single thing except food. We arrived and had a slight issue with the oool being 94 degrees likely from the previous renters. We called at like 7pm Hawaii time which was 10pm for the property manager. He answered the phone and I was just expecting to leave a message for the next day. We asked if it was okay we left the cover off for the night to cool it down. He said no problem at all so we did that and the pool was perfect temp the rest of the time. I would rent this property again.

A dream house!

This house is stunning! We do not want to leave!! It is very spacious…we had 13 people with us and we never felt crowded. The design is absolutely beautiful, the views are great. The open floor plan and pocket doors to outside were loved! We spent almost all our time with them open enjoying the beautiful outdoor living area. It’s very quiet except for when the gardeners come. A few minor things that could be improved are- there needs to be more towels provided, the pillows are too fat which caused some sleep issues. Some more soft ones are needed. Needed more supplies, detergent, dishwasher pods, Kleenex, the pool was way too warm…hot actually so it wasn’t refreshing The minor issues we had did in no way make our stay bad…just things that could be a little better. I would absolutely love to return to this house! Can’t say enough good things!

Beautiful home

This is a great comfortable home for large groups. The kitchen is wonderful for preparing large group meals. The owner needs to supply larger pots and pans knowing that groups are cooking. The cookware is too small. One issue that is disturbing is you can’t play the golf course because there are no privileges, but the course maintenance crew woke us up at 5:45 with headlights on their heads and machine headlights shinning in the bedrooms as 8-10 vehicles cut the grass three times in our ten day stay!! HOA construction policy is work only between 8-5, but Kukuki’Ulo Country Club gets special exception because they are a private club. With the amount of rentals in the neighborhood you would think common sense would prevail, but I guess it is not so common!

We had an amazing stay. Gorgeous neighborhood, great views, and a beautiful home. With 8 adults and 5 children under 7, it would have been nice to have pool service at least every other day. Once in the week is not appropriate for the quality of the property.

Wonderful stay

House was perfect for our party of 7 adults and 3 children. Bunk bed room was perfect for 5 and 3 yr old children. Ohana suite was great for adult couple to have some extra sleep time without disturbance from kids getting up at 3-4 am. Upstairs suite with balcony is amazing
