Genießen Sie von dieser geräumigen Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern einen bezaubernden Meerblick, wo Sie bei spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen auf der Veranda entspannen können.

Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in der gesamten Wohnung, einschließlich der Schlafzimmer. Sie können die Temperatur in jedem Raum individuell regeln. Wenn der Passatwind weht, können Sie die Fenster öffnen und auf den Ozean lauschen. Andernfalls ist der Komfort der Klimaanlage für jedes Zimmer und jede Präferenz verfügbar.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich auf der obersten Ebene, sodass Sie nicht von Nachbarn oben gestört werden. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die aktualisierte Küche, das Wohn- / Esszimmer, ein WC / Waschraum und eine Veranda mit Meerblick. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein 50-Zoll-Smart-TV, kostenfreies WLAN und Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.

Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem kalifornischen Kingsize-Bett und einem 40-Zoll-Smart-TV. Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und die dritte Etage hat zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem König gemacht werden können. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Gewölbedecken, Fernseher und Klimaanlage.

Die Anlage auf einer Klippe bietet Spaß und Entspannung mit einem Swimmingpool, einem Whirlpool und einem Tennisplatz. Der Grillbereich verfügt über 3 Grills und die Anlage ist mit tropischen Blumen übersät.

In der Nähe der Wohnung ist eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Zwei unserer Favoriten sind Kukui'ula Village und Old Koloa Town.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Strände zu erkunden. Gehen Sie nach Osten zum erstklassigen Hyatt und Shipwreck Beach, nach Westen gelangen Sie zum Poipu Beach. Schnorcheln Sie mit Schildkröten und Papageienfischen, reiten Sie auf den Wellen oder entspannen Sie sich an einem wunderschönen Strand. Habe Spaß!

Repeat visitor, will keep on coming

This was our second or third time in this unit - we love the Makahuena and this unit ticks all our boxes. AC throughout (just make sure it's off in the morning to truly enjoy coffee on the lanai), everything works, it's clean, wonderful communication, no surprises. We will be back again and again.

Best property of our 3 island visit!

Amazing community of condos. This one had ample air conditioning. Itvis on 3 levels. The lani has beautiful ocean views an pool views. The property around the cindo is amazing with views and its owe blow hole. The pool was great. Parking on site was close to the unit but not too close. Having laundry on site was perfect. Three andcahalf baths for family groups was great. Kitchen was well stocked. We stayed 7 days at this location amd loved every minute!!!

Great property

This was a great property for our family to vacation in. The listing matched the amenities of the property 100%. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out or easy. Communications with the property manager was a dream. My only comment is in regard to the crib. The crib is really not a crib. It is a portable playpen. The mattress is much too stiff for a comfortable nights sleep for a baby. Fortunately, our little one was comfortable snuggling in with mom and dad for the night.

Perfect for us

The condo was ideal for our family. Clean, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Conveniently located between Poipu and Shipwreck Beach, it served as a great home base. The view from the lanai was stunning, with a rainbow greeting us on our first morning along with beautiful birds. Our kids loved ending the day with a dip in the pool and hot tub, and we even enjoyed a pickleball game when not exploring the island. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for packing light! The only downside was the limited seating in the living room, which made it difficult for our family to unwind together. However, the bedrooms had TVs, which helped. Liz and the property managers were very responsive and helpful!

Best Sunset views!

This location works great for our family. We have four kids ages 7 to 12. Having the pool right below us was a must for those early morning or evening swims. That is before or after we went out hiking or hitting the beach. And speaking of beaches, both shipwreck and Poipu Beach, where an easy walk or a short drive away. The AC was a real nice touch in the evenings when the sun was blasting in and made for comfortable sleeps.

View is amazing

The online photo of the view from the balcony does not do it justice. It has an amazing 160 degrees view of the ocean and great location with a walking trail going to the east and a 10min walk to Poipu Beach to the west. Overall the condo was nice to stay at and A/C worked great. The grounds and pool were well kept and it was quiet. The only thing that would have been better to know about in advance was to see a picture of the loft bathroom because it was too tiny of a sink to use for an adult and the loft was not as clean as the rest of the condo was.

Great stay

We are a family of 6 staying for 4 days 3 nights. This is very convenient location — can see the sunrise and sunset from this property . We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi after long hikes . There are cooking ware . There are a lot of restaurants but the wait time was xtra long . We made breakfast every day. Great savings The air conditioning made it worthwhile . The entire stay was lovely and would recommend this unit .

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Having the bedrooms on separate floors from the living room is a nice feature. The beds were comfortable, and having a half-bath on the main floor was a plus! There are no elevators in this building, and all three bedrooms are upstairs, so be prepared for that. The walking path behind the building offers lovely views. The pool never got too busy, and the hot tub felt great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks for offering this property in the rental pool!

Cozy condo in Poipu

Our third time in Kauai. Great condo in Poipu that easily accommodated our family of 5 (12 year old, 2 teenagers, myself and my wife). Location was perfect for accessing Poipu Beach, Breakneck Beach, Shipwreck Beach, and all the restaurants in Koloa. Seems relatively recently upgraded on the inside (overall building is older, but decent). Kitchen was well stocked and there were chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys in the closet. Plenty of linens, beach towels, kitchen towels, and bathroom towels. Very quiet property with well-insulated walls. We slept very comfortably! Views from the patio are gorgeous! Property management was excellent, with clear and friendly communication throughout the stay. We even misplaced a key (long story - we retrieved it) and the property manager guided us to locate a spare to enter the property. Only very minor gripe - when AC is on throughout the property the fan blows hot air onto the balcony patio making it hard to sit there. This was a problem for all the other condos in the building besides ours and wasn’t an issue throughout the stay, especially on the cooler days when we weren’t running AC. Overall, would highly recommend this condo and this location!

Great Place

Condo was as advertised. Location was fantastic and everything was neat and clean in the condo. Short drive to Poipu and Koloa. Watching the waves hit the shore and seeing a sea turtle steps from the condo were cool. Liz and the property manager were responsive if we had a question or concern. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping make our first trip to Kauai a trip to remember.

Perfect getaway

Comfortable breeze and sounds of ocean. We didn’t miss the AC except when we first arrived on a hot day but just had to open everything up. Great trail to walk to beach, great spot on property to watch sunset, we played pickleball, good central location to do day trips north and west. Saw lots of whales and dolphins from balcony and cliffs.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing trip to Kauai staying at this condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Appreciated all of the bathrooms! Great location with breathtaking views. Really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas. A/C worked great in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and awesome views.

Great location overlooking the ocean. We were with 6 adults and the place provided enough space for all. Convenient location as a home base to see the island. The property manager responded to our questions and attended to the fixing of the leaking kitchen tap right away. If we ever come back to the island we would book this place again.

Loved this place. Location was perfect Beach's both directions. The pool and hot tub great for relaxing. Comfortable and beautiful the bedrooms really nice. I would stay there again also I would recommend it. We used the lawn chairs several times. Had a really nice time.

Great condo for the Family!

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Perfect bedding arrangement for our family. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of coffee, spices, and cooking oil. Clean pool that we saw maintained every day. There's a fantastic spot to see the sunset on the property that provides great photo ops. Would love to stay again!

Gorgeous views

Property is very conveniently located to beaches and shopping on the south shore. We loved the ocean views and the condo was a good size and well stocked for our family. Property manager was very communicative and helped us arrange for a late checkout on our departure date. Only real downside was no easy beach access, but that is resolved by a short 5 minute drive to the beautiful Poipu Beach. Overall a great property.
