Fantastic beach house
We had the absolute best vacation at this house! We went with our adult son who loves the ocean as much as I do. He body surfed every day, and we rented a surfboard walking distance down the street from the surf shop so he could surf at the Sheraton and PK in front of the Beach House restaurant. Although the house was very hot and stuffy upon arrival, as soon as we opened the sliders and the windows and turned to the AC unit on in the master bedroom and closed the door to the master bedroom, our room cooled it down quickly. It was a hot summer day, so it took a while for downstairs to cool down, but there were plenty of fans to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the glassware pots and pans that you would want to cook. We generally ate breakfast and lunch at the house and went out for dinner. The bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was pretty good for the showers. Thereâs even an outdoor shower, which was awesome when you come back from the beach the location of this house is perfect and we worked everywhere. We rented Pedigo bikes one day, but if youâre not an experienced e-bike rider you need to be careful as there are no bike lanes on the roads. The beach umbrella was missing its pole to put into the sand, but we only tried to use it once. There was a whopper, i.e. small boogie board used for body surfing, but no actual boogie boards in the closet. However, you can cheaply rent them down the street from the surf shop. I canât wait to go back!
