Diese neu renovierte, 2-stöckige Nichtraucher-Wohnanlage mit Blick auf den Garten verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 1200 mÂČ WohnflĂ€che sowie 4 private Lanais. Es ist perfekt fĂŒr eine Familie oder 2 Paare. Diese Poipu Beach Eigentumswohnung befindet sich in ĂŒppigen GelĂ€nde, die GĂ€ste von einem tropischen botanischen Garten erinnern entfernt.

Unsere Wohnung ist dekoriert Hawaii-Stil mit moderner Note. Eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche mit Granit-Fliesen-Arbeitsplatten und neue SchrĂ€nke bilden es ein VergnĂŒgen, um zu kochen, oder in der NĂ€he ist der Grillplatz. A 55 "LED-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Kabel-und DVD. Gratis WLAN-Zugang ist ebenfalls vorhanden, so dass Sie in Verbindung bleiben können.

Die Nihi Kai Villas sind nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, sondern befinden sich direkt am Meer. Es gibt TennisplĂ€tze, einen Pool und GrillplĂ€tze fĂŒr die GĂ€ste.

Angrenzend an Nihi Kai Villas ist Casa Di Amici, stellte als einer der Inseln besten italienischen Restaurants.

Es ist nur 120 Schritte zum Ozean von unserer Wohnung, und ein paar mehr zu Brennecke Beach.

Nihi Kai 506 liegt nur nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt, und Brennecke Beach ist ein paar Meter weiter. Dies ist eine große Boogie-Boarding Strand. Noch ein paar Meter und Sie werden zu Poipu Beach zu kommen. Poipu Beach wurde # 1 Strand in den USA von der Travel Channel gestimmt. Freuen Sie sich auf Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Surfen, Boogie-Boarding, Spielplatz, Restaurant, Eisdiele, Surfshop und ein Baby am Strand, alle leicht zu Fuß erreichbar: # 506.

Gleich um die Ecke ist die Poipu Shopping Village, wo Sie verschiedene GeschĂ€fte und ein paar tolle Restaurants. Dienstags und donnerstags um 05.00 Uhr gibt es einen großen polynesischen Show in den Hof. Einer unserer Lieblings-Restaurants ist Keoki Paradies, das eine große Auswahl an Speisen bietet. Die Altstadt von Koloa ist ein paar Meilen die Straße hinunter, und bietet einen malerischen Blick zurĂŒck in der Zeit, und ist die Heimat von GeschĂ€ften und Restaurants. Weiter unten ist Spouting Horn Nationalpark und Besucherzentrum des Arboretums, die beide kostenlos zu besuchen sind.

Week in Kauai

We had a great stay in Kauai. The Condo is a very short walk to Poipu beach and you can enjoy watching the turtles every day. It is even close enough to walk down to the Marriott or Sheraton (shipwreck beach). The owner will send you information on different locations ideas. The condo is very clean and comfortable. The owner needs to fix the sliding doors to the patios, major problem trying access the great beach equipment they have left for use.

Great find in Poipu

We stayed at Lani Kai unit 506 for 5 nights in September. The unit was beautiful, very clean and fully stocked kitchen and beach equipment. Check in was easy with keys provided and no need to use a concierge. The 2 full bathrooms were gorgeous, nicer than mine at home! Note, there is not a bathtub if you have little ones who cant use a stand up shower. Location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and then if you walk a bit further you are at places to eat, a park and more beaches. If you wish to be on Poipu Beach area you will love it here. It is advertised as not ocean view and that is the only drawback if that is essential to you but that was not a deal breaker for us, The garden atmosphere was beautiful. Easy convenient parking. Also, to our surprise, this is a two floor condo, so it feels even larger than it is. Id definitely recommend and stay again if Im lucky enough to be in Kauai.

Nice, relaxing, and AC

The apartment was great overall, and Steve (the property manager) was awesome. He checked us in quickly and gave us a ton of useful information, including some nice local spots. The place was pretty clean, apart from some hair on the floor in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook our own meals. They also had a lot of stuff for us to take to the beach, which was much appreciated! all of the amenities we needed were there, and the girls loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided in the showers. The AC was wonderful and for the most part kept up really well. You should probably take note that if you are trying to sleep six that one of the beds is a pull out in the main room, and was what you would expect from a pull out. The AC didn't keep up in the main room as well for sleeping (we like it cold), but was plenty comfortable for hanging out during the daytime. The location is really close to the ocean, and about a 10 minute walk to the beach/park. It was a little hard to find at first, but Steve's direction via email made the process simple. There was plenty of parking, but is a bit of a tight squeeze for big vehicles. The only real negative is that there were quite a few ants in the kitchen. There is a note about them on the counter, so I'm sure it's something they are dealing with, but it made cooking dinner a little more complicated. All in all it was a lovely place and a wonderful stay! 9/10.

Great location- walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beaches- nice well maintained pool overlooking the ocean Newly remodeled kitchen and two modern large full baths- both downstairs Regretted not selecting a condo with an ocean view- condo had 4 outdoor areas but with no view, plastic chairs and conversations easily heard from neighbors- I missed having an enjoyable outdoor space - felt somewhat boxed in Also living room furniture could use an upgrade for comfort Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns We picked this condo due to location to the neighboring beaches - which was perfect

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time exploring Kauai from this location. The beach was a short walk away, and we loved seeing the seals and turtles come to shore. It was an easy drive to explore Waimea Canyon but also an easy drive to Lihue. It was so peaceful in this condo. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend this location to any friends or family who want to visit Kauai. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location on Poipu Beach. Some kitchen items are lacking. We had to buy a corkscrew and there are only four coffee mugs for instance. But, overall it’s a great place close to the beach and met our needs.

Great Location!

This is an excellent location for visiting Poipu. Beaches are in walking distance. Plenty of places to eat within maybe a 10 minute walk, or a two minute drive. Kitchen and bathrooms are well kept. The host sent clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. Would easily stay here again.

The property was impeccably clean and recently renovated. There was plenty of towels as well as beach towels, beach chairs and scuba gear. It was within a walking distance of the beach which was lovely. This is a great spot on the island because she could go either East or west and you’re always in the middle.

Great stay great time

Three weeks in Poipu!

The condo is very nice! There is no sure conditioning but we stayed in the condo for three weeks in May and we weren't uncomfortable the whole time. The condo looks recently remodeled, the bathrooms are very nice, have great water pressure, the whole place is very clean and seems brand new. The beds are very comfortable and have a variety of pillows. Best of all the condo is a very short walk to the beach! We saw turtles and seals almost every day we went to the beach, and the condo has some snorkel gear and a boogie board free of charge. The owner was very attentive on the one time we needed something, and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended, quiet neighborhood, great beach access and a great location to access most of the island. 5 stars!

Oustanding Manager, Condo........not so much

I will break this down into three segments: Property Owner, Location, Condo Condition. 1. Property Owner: Steve was AMAZING! We had a few issues which required Steve's attention. We communicated via phone, text and email. Steve was always available and always willing to work with us. I would rate Steve SIX stars out of five. 2. Location: As advertised, the property was steps away from Brenneke Beach and Poipu Beach. Boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just lounging on the beach was great. These were wonderful beaches and there is no need for a car to get to them. Less than 1/4 mile walk put you on the beaches in front of some extravagant hotel complexes where showers and surfing lessons were available. 3. Condo Condition: First let me say that the condo has NO A/C. I didn't think this was going to be a problem especially since the condo had at least 10 portable fans. However, fans did not remove the humidity. Yikes. Second - we requested that 13 items be fixed and/or cleaned the day we arrived. A week later, 10 items were complete (carpets and furniture washed, replace/repair screens, and misc cosmetic items). The replacement fridge did not arrive during the three weeks we stayed at the condo. This may have been exacerbated by the Covid-19 problem. The security lock on the front door remains broken as well as the exhaust fan in the master bath. Conclusion: Would I stay at this condo again? No - but I learned that I wouldn't go back to Kauai. Too much rain, too much mud, and too humid.

Great location walking distance to Poipu Beach

We had a few issues when first checking in and Steve was really responsive which we appreciated. Unfortunately it rained the entire week so we didn’t use all of the property amenities. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit is a bit aged but clean. We would definitely would return but only if we knew we’d get at least one sunny day!

Comfortable stay!

We had a very comfortable stay at Nihi Kai #506 for 10 nights! This was our first stay on Kauai and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The condo is very homey and has so many extras like a cooler and ice packs for taking lunches. We would pack up and be gone exploring the island every day till about 6:00, only one day did we come back early and experience the heat of the day in the condo. If you opened all the windows and made use of the many fans provided it really helped. Steve was easy to contact and is addressing the puddles left on the floor from the fridge ice maker that doesn’t work. We just bought ice from the Texaco. The beds are really comfortable and makes for a good nights sleep to get you ready for one of the many exciting adventures. Bring hiking shoes! There were lots of beach things like chairs, towels, wagon, snorkel equipment floaties, boogie boards.

Fantastic place to stay if you want space & close enough to beach

The condo was great and perfect to stay for roughly a week - especially for the money paid.. I recommend it. I will break down in pros and cons Pros: 1. good space with a balcony to sit outside 2. Kitchen has good equipment 3. Lots of sand toys and boogie boards and beach chairs to use 4. Pool is pretty decent size 5. Not too far from the brennecke beach and then even further is poipu beach - walkable if no kids. 6. The condo was just 2 mins walk from parking 7. Property manager is nice and flexible to work with. General info : Brennecke beach is not for someone who is scared of water. The Poipu beach further is better with snorkeling options. I actually liked the beach next to Sheraton the most. Cons: 1. The walk from condo to beach is about 7 mins and poipu is even further out. Would have been OK with this, but the way its written in 100 yards made me feel it was very very close :) With younger kids - it was a bit of a walk :) Not really a con, just expectation setting :) The address of the condo when booked is address of the complex, NOT this specific condo. 2. This part of Poipu has no restaurants as such (except one) and so you have to drive over to eat. Not more than 3 mins to drive, but again setting expectations that you need a car. 3. Air ventilation in the bedrooms can be an issue - especially if you don't know where exactly to set the table fans for ventilation. Some days, we ended up having air directly on us - which could make us feel cold. Turning off will make us feel hot. The manager has acknowledged and will be fixing it with better placement of fans - not a big deal really, but something to know. Most condos don't have ACs. additionally we didn't want ACs - just more ventilation :) We had a great time at the condo. When we went to Sheraton at Poipu we did like the beach, pool and access to food right there! This may not be important to others who don't have kids. Also Sheraton is more $$ :) Also we did that for 1 day, rest time we were out and about :)

Kauai rental a fair experience

Kaui is as beautiful as we’ve been told, however, the rental was not completely as expected. We were aware that there would be no AC but the fans hardly sufficed. You start sweating as soon as you get out of the shower. We had trouble sleeping even with fans blowing on us and the sliding glass door open. The bathrooms are badly in need of updating. If you’re on a tight budget, this place is reasonable. The beach is nearby, the pool is beautiful and overlooks the ocean across the street. Shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Kauai overall.

Great launch point for adventure

Loved the property. Though no AC, lots of fans are provided so you can have air flow which makes all the difference. The WiFi wasn’t working but had a quick chat with the owner and got it squared away. Showers provided soap but no shampoo. Thought it would be nice if had a simple bottle of shampoo. Really liked how they had beach chairs and boogie boards and other beach toys. Would stay again for sure.
