The Space:
Upon arrival, your holiday starts right away: there is parking in the garage (1 car) and space for 4 to 5 additional cars in front of the house.

On the ground floor, you will find a very spacious living room with a cosy dining table, comfortable sofa and TV corner – perfect for aperitifs or meals together. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes an extra breakfast table. From both the living room and kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the fully enclosed garden, ideal for children and dogs. The garden features a trampoline, a covered lounge with built-in BBQ and, as a highlight, a separate bar with football table and patio heaters.

The ground floor also includes a bedroom with double bed and dressing, a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool bath, and 2 separate toilets. Next to the garage, there is a utility room with sink, washer/dryer (free to use) and an extra shower cabin.

Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
