The villa is situated in Plai Laem Soi 8, between Fisherman's Village and Chaweng, just a couple of minutes by car from Choengmon Beach.
VILLA 'Skyline 9' is close to four beaches, the nearest beeing Choeng Mon Beach, only a 5 minutes drive from the villa. Choeng Mon Village with many shops, restaurants and bars is just a 5 minutes drive from the villa.
The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand and the neighboring islands of Koh Som, Koh Phangan, Angthong Marine Park and Koh Samui.
***AVAILABLE SERVICES***
· Garbage collection, Pool and Garden Maintenance are included in the rental fee.
· Housekeeping is included in the rental fee.
· Guest Airport Pick-up and Drop off are included in the rental fee (one car pick up/ one car drop off).
· If Daily Cleaning or any Additional Cleaning is required, we'll organise it (extra cleanings are payable by guest).
· Additional services available: Thai in-house cooking, In-house Fitness Trainer, in-house Massages, Nanny/Baby Sitter, Car/Moped Rental, Fully Filled Fridge and Bar before arrival (all services are payable directly to the service provider).
· We provide all baths- and pool Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel.

***PLEASE NOTE OUR HOUSE RULES***
· We don't charge any general taxes.
· ELECTRICITY will be charged extra - upon usage - 10 baht kilowatt/hr - This is a common rule in Thailand.
· As usual, we are charging a REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT to avoid any damages. The security deposit is 20,000 THB (or 500 USD/ EUR), payable in cash, at arrival. Guests will receive back the security deposit after villa inspection at check out.
NO NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTYING IN THE VILLA - QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10 PM and 8 AM
Whilst we want our guests to enjoy their time, we are asking them to respect the privacy of others and our neighbours.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in this villa.
NO SMOKING POLICY
We are asking our guests to respect that we have NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE WHOLE VILLA. Smoking is allowed outside in the patio and balcony areas. We take this rule very seriously and will keep the security deposit if a guest smokes inside the villa.
