Damit sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen und ein harmonisches Miteinander gewährleistet ist, bitten wir Sie, folgende Regeln zu beachten:
🔹 Rücksicht auf Nachbarn
Bitte beachten Sie die Ruhezeiten zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 7:00 Uhr.
Vermeiden Sie in dieser Zeit laute Musik, Fernseher mit hoher Lautstärke oder andere störende Geräusche.
🔹 Rauchen
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
Sollte Ihre Unterkunft über eine Terrasse oder einen Balkon verfügen, darf dort geraucht werden – bitte verwenden Sie einen Aschenbecher und entsorgen Sie Zigarettenstummel ordnungsgemäß.
🔹 Haustiere
Deinen Hund kannst du gerne mitbringen. Im Gästeportal musst du diesen dazu buchen. Bitte informiere uns auch zusätzlich darüber.
🔹 Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen
Feiern, laute Musik und große Zusammenkünfte sind nicht gestattet.
Bitte respektieren Sie die Ruhe und Privatsphäre unserer Nachbarn.
🔹 Verbotene Nutzung
Die Unterkunft dient ausschließlich als privater Wohnraum für Gäste.
Jegliche kommerzielle Nutzung, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Prostitution oder ähnlichen Tätigkeiten, ist strengstens untersagt.
🔹 Schlüssel & Check-out
Wenn Ihre Unterkunft über einen physischen Schlüssel (kein digitales Schloss) verfügt, muss dieser beim Check-out wieder in den Schlüsselkasten gelegt werden.
Wird der Schlüssel nicht ordnungsgemäß zurückgelegt, wird eine Gebühr von 250 € erhoben, da dadurch die Koordination mit dem Reinigungsteam erheblich gestört wird.
Erfolgt der Check-out nach der vereinbarten Zeit, behalten wir uns vor, eine weitere Nacht zu berechnen.
🔹 Zusätzliche Gäste & Besuch
Nicht gebuchte Personen sind verpflichtet, für ihren Aufenthalt zu bezahlen.
Besuche nach 21:00 Uhr sind nicht gestattet, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden.
Sollten dennoch zusätzliche Übernachtungen erfolgen, werden die entsprechenden Kosten berechnet.
🔹 Frühzeitiger Check-in
Ein früher Check-in ist nach Absprache und Verfügbarkeit gegen Aufpreis möglich.
