This unit is in a Triplex home. We converted the bedrooms into an efficiency studio of about 16 x 16. The unit does not have access to the rest of the home. All units in the home have their own entrance and smart locks. This unit was design with a Minimalist style in mind - you will have all you need to be comfortable without the extra stuff and will save more than renting a full home.

LOCATION:
The house is located in a historic and walkable neighborhood. We have many neighbors walking their dogs and working out at all times of the day. If you like to walk or run you can start from my house towards Emoriland Blvd, this is a beautiful colorful historic street. The neighbors are very pleasant, and you will find a neighborhood food pantry and library in front of one of the houses. You can walk 8 minutes and visit Roseanne Wolf Picnic Area. BACKYARD:
There is a fire pit in the yard and guests are welcome to use it. You can buy firewood at Lowes and Home Depot which are 8 minutes away.

SECURITY: Security cameras face the backyard and driveway parking space.
