The Landing application would not allow me to report problems or existing damage - it would just lock up. The neighbor overhead had a dog that you could hear whining and frequently they would walk loudly over your head at night. All the floras were laminate so you could hear everything, it also gave the space a cold feeling. I've stayed at other Landing properties and they had excellent kitchen appliances in utensils. This one was pretty bare bones. They didn't even give me a sponge to clean dishes with. The property I stayed at in Virginia was much cozier and felt much more welcoming. This was just a big white box and it actually had an echo. Probably fine if it's an apartment you're going to furnish, but not very pleasing for a furnished apartment. To get parking in the garage was very expensive so I trusted the listing that said that there was plenty of free parking. That might be true and there's no baseball season going on but if there was a game I usually had to park very far away or pay event parking. And even the times when there was no game, there is very little free road parking near the property. If I had to I would stay again but did not feel like it was worth extending my stay - I did extend at my last property.
