Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We only needed a place to sleep at night most of the weekend, and the room met those needs. However, we did spend one morning in the room, and it was very dark with only the 2 bedside lights. There was a switch on the door frame but it did nothing. There was a light in one corner that might have worked with the switch, but there was no bulb. We mentioned it to the cleaning lady the first day, but nothing was done.
The room was clean, but there were peeling paint and places where towel bars had come down and been fixed, but the wall was never properly repaired. That was not critical for us since we mainly only slept there. This is just information for future guests.
There was one very big inconvenience--no outlet close to the bed to charge devices during the night. That was not good at all.
We did appreciate the good fridge and microwave. We didn't use the TV at all because we were not able access regular cable channels. We were not given information about connecting to wifi when we checked in and had to call for it later. It would be good to make that part of the check-in process or make it readily available in the room.
