„We had a great time staying at this cabin and exploring Tennessee. Although there was a great separate game room, everyone really enjoyed playing pool in the house. The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. The host made it easy by providing directions to home and access code prior to trip. “

„When we checked into the cabin, the cleaning crew had clearly not been to the cabin prior to our arrival. We notified the host and were provided with the items and were offered the cleaning team the next day but due to scheduling issues we declined. It is not ideal to coordinate this while on vacation and after all of our things were unpacked. We were offered a refund of the cleaning fee but honestly this did not feel sufficient for the circumstances. We tried washing blankets that were there ...
