Knapwell Urlaub günstig buchen

Wir haben den gewohnten Holiday Inn Express Standard erlebt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles prima 👍

Nice room and friendly staff. Thankyou .

Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. He went away and returned stating he could not do anything as the manager wasn’t available, therefore, we had no option but to stay in rooms we had not booked. Shared kitchen was dismal, one mug for the whole 9 rooms, shared bathroom was unclean with poor shower, other shared bathroom was also unclean with a shower that did not work. Pub itself was ok, barman was as helpful as he could be but we would not return and would not recommend

The person at front desk shouted at me because I asked to send me the invoice to my personal e-mail
