„There was little to no hot water in the shower.“

„Hat bestens gepasst. “

„Very convenient to the ferry, clean room, nice layout. Always a top notch breakfast. Can't wait to return!“

„Great room, good breakfast.“

„nice stay“

„Great location. Layout of the apartment works well.“

„👍“

„Room very clean but awkward, felt crowded, not big enough for two queen beds. Staff were friendly, Breakfast foods good but always ran out, and staff would say “I’ll get more,” but why weren’t they monitoring before pans were empty. And the breakfast room was FREEZING which then may the food cold. One morning staff opened all cupboards to restock. So… how does guest reach the food over the cupboard doors? Seemed very poorly planned. Staff snippy to guests when we asked a question.  ...

„The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.“
