Es war sehr warm und da hätten wir einen Kühlschrank sehr begrüsst. Auch schade ist es, dass kein einheimisches Bier ausgeschenkt wird.

No upkeep in the place. Lobby was huge and could be spectacular but it had boxes, cords, none working bar, none working vending, none working hot tub, and no upkeep. Had a mower belt in the planter. Tables in lobby were dirty with empty bottles, sunflower seeds and garbage when we checked in and all was still there when we checked out.

Unclean facilities with limited and poor quality of breakfast items. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Lots of parking for buses, RVs and trailers. In a safe area but with dated rooms, no housekeeping, limited working appliances.

Really liked the glass elevator and the balcony that overlooked the entire middle of the complex including the indoor pool area!! The pool tables added a unique touch with plenty of elbow room!! The exercise room and excellent continental breakfast topped off a very rewarding stay!!

Property is a bit old, the beds are sunken in, uncomfortable to lay on. Bathroom was clean, carpets were dirty. The walls are thin so you can hear a lot of noise at night coming from outside. Rooms have everything you need! Mini fridge, microwaves, iron board which is a plus. Amazing and kind staff, very helpful!! For the price, it’s a deal!

No snacks with out you having to buy them no ice machine on my floor my phone did not work not enough towels in my room the lobby was noisy I had some reedom person knock on my door late at night the plants in the lobby are over grown the bar is non existent

The sheet was very good when we are done with house keeping and even before we renting the room we wiil make sure everything is good then only we will rent the room and i charged 40 becuase there was full of food marks on the sheet which I cant use that sheet anymore and im sorry for charging 40 and we suppose charge 100 but i charged only 40 and there is no bed bugs at all at out property. and Our goal is to make every customer 100% satisfy with their stay. we look serving you better in the future.

The hotel was clean and secure, which is most important. It's a little outdated in decor and conveniences - small example, more outlets would be needed if I were traveling with more than one person (phone chargers, etc.). The breakfast was pretty minimal, they definitely haven't come back very far from the pandemic-style that was common a few years ago. I really like a small coffee pot in the room, but I didn't think to double check on that before booking, so that's on me. Biggest issue was there's no thermostat. January in Kirksville typically doesn't require AC but the "low fan" on the coolest setting was way too hot, so we had to use AC. Also the curtains did not block out the light from the lobby (window overlooked the pool/recreation/lobby area). For those two reasons I didn't get the best night sleep. Again, it was clean, adequate, and the staff was friendly. For the low price, I can't complain.

The property is not well cared for. There is no cleaning services. We had no towels in our room, no housekeeping services. Had to request new linens and change the bed ourselves. In the pool area, there is standing water on the carpeted floor. On top of that, our next door neighbors were up partying until 3 am and no one from the desk would address the issue.

The room was disgusting. Breach of smoke. Everything reek of smoke. The tiles in the ceiling in the bathroom more water stain. Toilet handle broke. Just an overall unclean situation. The bed was comfortable.

Everything smelled like cigarettes. It was dingy. The staff was complaining about each other. We were supposed to have two double queen rooms for 4 adults and a child and were given a double queen and a single bed.

Every time we went past the front desk they were outside smoking. The doorway reeked with smoke as u walked in. At 730 pm the first room we get was not cleaned. Got a new room which was clean but quite scratched up. The curtains were falling off the window We won’t stay here again.

Yeah it wasn’t good
It was horrible. Triple booked rooms. Rooms weren’t cleaned when I arrived at 8:30pm. Tried to shower but was interrupted by a disgruntled guest because they thought I was in their room. That was the first of three times. Found a chicken bone in the ac/heat unit. Hopefully it tasted better than the appearance it made on the hotel and my thought of the cleaning criteria.

It started by the hotel being over booked. The room we got was a smoking room which is not what we reserved. The room felt old. After three hours of being in the room, my wife saw a bug on me. I killed it and looked at it and discovered it was a bedbug. After looking closer in the room, another was found. We left immediately and got a refund.

The hallways and staff smelled of pot- it hung in the air, beds were hard, tv was the size of my laptop. Went down at 545- no coffee no danish- no breakfast! I did not feel safe there at all!
