The hotel is in a great location and enjoys a lovely reception with bar area and amazing views over lake Windermere. The staff are super friendly and the spa is just great. Food was excellent having eaten evening meal and breakfast with all cooked fresh to order. Recommend and will stay again

Lakeside Hotel & Spa
Very clean room and the staff were great and very helpful without being intrusive. We had the continental breakfast which was great and plentiful choice. Warm comfortable room in lovely hotel that is walking distance from lake. House was where Beatrix Potter took holidays & she eventually bought it for her mother. Lonsdale House Boutique Apartments
We liked the space that the apartment had and the location of the property. The apartment was very quiet and had all the amenities we needed including the kitchen area. We also liked the garden at the back of the property. We will book again when we come back to Ulverston.
