„VERY crisp and ultra-clean. Not a speck of dirt nor a smudge anywhere. Cosy bedroom with good selection if drinks. Fresh milk was provided also. Comfy lounge with plenty of interesting reading materials. Unusually for online-booked B&Bs of this era breakfast was INCLUDED - as it should be for an £80 overnight stay! Dark sky provided at no extra charge! Excellent.“

„This was my first visit to York and the Ryedale cottages was the best place to stay while in the area. The house is lovely with comfortable beds, clean linens, and loads of games to play as a family. There are miles of walking trails and some cheeky sheep to see up the road.
The view from the front of the house was beautiful and the hosts were so lovely. We arrived with a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator and a Victoria sponge on the table waiting for us.
The kitchen is a bit narrow ...

„This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back “
