„Wonderful rustic summer cottage in the woods! One of the few really private wooded areas on PI and easy walking distance to town beaches. Reminds me of how the island used be decades ago -- nothing fancy but nicely appointed. A great collection of old books and travel guides. “

„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!“

„Anne was an amazing host. She had all types of snacks and other essentials to make the start of the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We were surprised to see that the house was actually much more spacious than we had expected. The house is very clean and well updated. The area is beautiful and we are already trying to plan our stay here again next year. 10/10.“
