Luxury in a quiet suburban community, a stone throw from Barbican Square and within five minutes of New Kingston, which facilitates easy access to a wide range of shopping and entertainment.

Two of the three bedrooms of a private section of our home are available to guests whenever your host is off the island.

The third bedroom: the master suite, is your host's private space, and is kept locked at all times. Please respect this space and don't attempt to enter.

The space
The ultimate home away from home. This space features a large open floor plan that comprises a spacious living room, separate dining, kitchen, laundry room, den and screened verandahs. A/C units are only installed in the bedrooms, as well as standing fans. The living room is equipped with a large ceiling fan.

Mosquito screens are installed on all windows and doors to keep all the island's lovely pests at bay.

You should find all the necessary amenities, space and comforts to ensure a relaxing stay, whether on vacation or a business trip.

Guest access
Access is though the double grill doors on the front verandah.

Keys for the deadbolt lock and front door are secured in a lock box that is mounted on the blind side of the first round column on the car port. The key box has to be opened with a 4 digit code.

Parking is available for 1 vehicle, behind the white Honda Vezel. Guest's vehicle should be positioned as close as possible to the left wall and not obstruct movement of the other vehicle that is parked on the right side.

Other things to note
This 2 story home is comprised of 3 discrete and completely private apartments: A 3 bedroom apartment, a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. This listing offers the largest apartment, located on the ground floor.

Permanent tenants reside in the other two apartments.
