Seehaus am Boone Lake

Sitting right on the shore of Boone Lake with the East Tennessee mountains across the water, this family-owned lake house is built for slowing down. Soak in the private outdoor hot tub under the stars, warm up in the barrel sauna on the deck, then walk down the lawn to your own dock to swim, fish, or launch the kayaks. Every outdoor space faces the lake: a wide deck for grilling and sunsets, a covered porch with ceiling fans for rainy afternoons, and an upper balcony with rocking chairs for morning coffee.

Inside, the house sleeps up to 9 across three bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed in the living room: a queen and twin in the main bedroom, a double in the second, and twin bunks in the third. Two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with lake-view dining, a washer and dryer, and central heat and air keep things comfortable year-round. Kids (and plenty of adults) head straight for the game room with its arcade cabinets.

Boone Lake is minutes from Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol, with marinas, golf, hiking at Warriors' Path and Bays Mountain, and Bristol Motor Speedway all within easy reach. We're a local family, not a management company, and we keep this place the way we'd want it for our own weekends on the water.
