Great place! Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the paddle boards and private beach area. Fenced in area for pets. Property is close to stores, restaurants and caverns.

Great stay! Loved the house and location, with the pool and beach literally perfect for our family. The house is nice and modern, with a wide open floorplan and huge TV and comfy couches to lounge. Only minor drawbacks were no outdoor lights or pool lights -- would have been nice to sit on the back patio or get in the pool for a relaxing evening. But overall great stay and will come back!

Lake staycation with beach and pool.

Nice quite house on Llano fork of lake LBJ. Can bring your boat or jet ski up to the beach. Is shallow so be cautious. Plenty of shade areas to keep cool and relax at the house. Even a pool to dip your toes in. Good fenced in areas for your 4 legged family members or kids just make sure the gates are closed. We will be back on lake again. Enjoyed our stay.

We will continue to stay here every year. This place has it ALL! Location, location, location!! Perfect Sandy beach, plenty of room to sleep and gorgeous pool. No better view. This is for all ages!!

Great location

It was a nice trip for us. The pool and beach were excellent. We visited the berry farm and the Texas chainsaw massacre house/restaurant. The elevated patio was great place to unwind. If I had anything not positive to say it would be the wooden steps leading from the yard to the patio have some loose boards, but we were cautious and there was no incidents with that. I would definitely stay here again.

Fall break with the family

We absolutely loved the house. The pool and beach were the highlight. My kids had a blast outside and loved every second of it. The house was comfortable and the open floor plan was fantastic for my large family to be together in. Everything was clean and organized. Cooking and grilling was easy-to-use. We will definitely be back

Great location, beautiful house and lovely pool. Close proximity to the river. We loved it! One thing that could use some improvement is turning up the hot water heater. We didn’t have an ample supply of hot water, but it didn’t deter us from having a great time😊

Overall positive

The house is nice, but the pool and lake access are the best part about it. Great for dogs, too! We had some major internet access issues which were frustrating since it was rainy during the majority of our visit. Management was responsive, however the internet wasn’t resolved until a maintenance guy came by the next day.

Perfect Lake get away!

This property has everything you are looking for in a relaxing vacation! The house was very clean when we arrived and felt like home! There was plenty to do with the beautiful pool, lake, paddle boards, yard games, playing in the sand and just sitting and relaxing while drinking our coffee in the morning. The location is perfect! We will keep this one for future use.

Perfect lake weekend

Love this dog-friendly property. The location is perfect with a really nice pool, yard, beach and lake!! It was such a great setup for a fun weekend with family friends and our pups. Inside the house was super clean, well stocked and a great layout. Highly recommend this property, but I think we may be the last to know that because it’s booked every weekend through August! ☺️
