- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced by the community. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.

- Non-Refundable Pet Fee $172.29 (Tax Included) Per Pet / Per Stay. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar Penalty. There is a maximum of 2 pets. Cats are not allowed.

- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.

- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.

Adults get away

We enjoyed staying at the home. The location was almost centered in lake and close to fuel and groceries. The only problem we had was the refrigerator had a foul odor and was to be recleaned, but no one came to reclean it as promised. This is highly unusual for this rental company as we have stay at several of their properties and this was the first time we had an unresolved problem.

Perfect!

Our stay at Bud Shores was amazing! This was our 4th year to rent a house on Lake LBJ and this was our favorite by far (and the first one I have given a 5 star review to). The house is spacious and had everything we need. Everything was extremely clean and high quality, including linens and toiletries. Kitchen was well stocked. We had 10 kids with us from ages 3-16 and they all had a blast. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the slide off of the dock was a big hit. We have a couple fishermen who had good success fishing from the dock, and they were also able to kayak across the lake to fish along the undeveloped shoreline. I highly recommend both this property and Horseshoe Bay Living as a host!

Summer Lake Trip

Overall the property has so much to offer and is on a great part of the lake. We requested an early check in weeks in advance and had to continually follow up and only ended up getting in an hour early, which was disappointing. I wish the inside felt a little cleaner and it would've been nice to have the outside areas washed down prior to our arrival(lots of cobwebs and spiders). The kitchen was just as described and offered all the necessities. I appreciated the extra paper products/ cleaning products throughout the rental!

Good property overall

We enjoyed our stay at this property & would’ve given 5 stars had the pool/hot tub lights worked & the outside fan worked. We did notify the property manager but they were unable to fix either issue. Also, the hydrillia plants were so overgrown near our dock, boat slip & slide. It was tough to swim without getting tangled in the plants.

Amazing house on the lake !

This lake house had it all. It was very spacious and easily accommodated 4 families, 16 people, without feeling cramped. The amenities were great. It had a stocked kitchen that was perfect for evening cookouts after a day on the lake. The location is on the perfect part of the lake and the swimming pool and hot tub was a bonus. Kayaks, paddle boards, swimming pool noodles and floats, pool table, ping pong table, 2 large balconies with comfy chairs, slide into the lake, lighted up deck… I could go on and on about all the extras that made it special. The communication was quick and everything was efficient and easy from start to finish. This house is truly a luxury home and a real gem. Don’t hesitate to book !!

Perfect Lake Place for Family

Beautiful home, beautiful pool, beautiful view of the lake. This place was awesome. Our family had the best 4 days!

Terrific Vacation Destination

When my family and I first walked into this home we were blown away by how fantastic it was as well as its location--right on the lake. We were greeted by a very nice representative of Horseshow Bay Living who was more than happy to show us the ins and outs of the house and all its amenities. Also laid out on the dining room table was a margarita bar complete with individual sized bottles of a variety of tequilas, chips, salsa, guacamole, little paper sombreros, plastic margarita glasses that could be taken out to the deck and more. Just the thing to get our few days of family time off to a great start. It didn't take long before everyone was in the pool which is even better than what the photos show on the website - which can be said for the entire house. It was spotless and so very well equipped to provide us with anything we needed during our stay there. The beds were very comfortable; the linens and towels were high quality (including the many beach towels that we used) and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. This trip was a celebration of my husband's 75th birthday and it was all he could have asked for. The folks at Horseshoe Bay Living even wished him a happy birthday. I would find him out on the deck every morning with a cup of coffee, looking out on the lake as it slowly came to life in the early hours. I cannot recommend this home and Horseshoe Bay Living any more highly. If I could, I'd give this house and the management team a 10.

Absolutely Incredible property and amazing customer service!

We can't say enough great things about this property, but I'll start with how incredible the Property Management company was! They welcomed us with flowers, treats and beverages upon our arrival and showed us around the property so we knew how to operate everything. They were SO responsive to our every need throughout our entire stay, and on a holiday weekend at that! It was incredibly nice and refreshing to see that level of service--they definitely went the extra mile! The house itself was so cozy, wonderful views, ample entertainment and also super clean. There is so much room in this place, between the massive amounts of bunk beds (which the kids loved) to the 4 bedrooms, all with king beds and ensuite baths. Every guest was incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We did bring extra paper towels and trash bags with us, which came in handy. Location was on point, with an HEB right up the road and a convenient store within walking distance. The view was so lovely, and the NYE fireworks show that we could see from the back patio was insane! The pool and hot tub were great as well, and were just the right temperature for our stay. One thing to note--If you like your privacy and you don't like seeing your neighbors, these units might not be the best for you, as you become pretty accustomed to seeing/hanging out next to your neighbors throughout the day while enjoying the back patio. Not a negative, just something to be aware of. We will definitely be coming back, and have already looked into future stays at this property! Definitely, book this property for your next lake trip, it is absolutely wonderful!!
