Soon to be a favorite vacation getaway, this lakeside home offers the best of all worlds! Not only is this a waterfront paradise - it is literally on the water! There's waterfront property, and then there's Crestwood Cove.

This rare gem is located on a secluded, peaceful cove, just minutes from the popular pristine waters of the Colorado Arm of beautiful, always-constant-level Lake LBJ. At the end of this dead-end street in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, there's no traffic or traffic noise to worry about. You'll love the large front yard with lush grass and plenty of shade where the family can play lawn games and do so safely.

What about the lake, you ask? When we said this vacation wonder was on the water, we weren't kidding. Walk out the back door and you are at (on) the water! Take full advantage of the covered patio, which is great for relaxing; while you're at it, throw a line in the water and get ready for the fish to start biting.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Dock details: Boat slip not available, may tie up a boat to dock.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
