MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL:
The minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by and adult over the age of 25.


PARKING DETAILS:
The garage has 2 doors. We do not give the code for the garage keypad. You have to go inside the house and open it from the inside. The right side garage door is NOT full depth and will not fit a car. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FIT YOUR CAR ON THE RIGHTSIDE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A COMPACT CAR
Maximum number of vehicles allowed is 4. 1 car in garage, 3 cars can park on driveway. Street parking is not allowed November 1est to April 30th for snow removal.

Our property does not have space to accommodate RV’s or 5th wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveways or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
