Nestled just outside the heart of Kings Beach, this 4BR/3.5BA home is ideally located between sandy beaches and snowy slopes. Vaulted ceilings create the inviting ambience of an upscale lodge in your three-story rental. Cookout on the balcony or soak up the sun on the observation deck. The expansive master suite occupies an entire floor of its own!

Sun-kissed days by cobalt-blue waters await at Speedboat Beach, just a short walk from your rental. For evening entertainment, head to Biltmore Casino or downtown Kings Beach.

LIVING AREAS

The open living room is furnished with a plush sofa and love seat. Huge windows under vaulted ceilings fill the room with natural light. Ignite the gas fireplace, curl up, and watch movies on the 50in TV.

The loft features a 34in TV and a collection of board games.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create tasty meals with fresh local ingredients in the fully equipped kitchen. When it's time to eat, share your dishes around the table for eight in the dining area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

The private master suite occupies the entire bottom floor and features a lounge detailed with a 46in TV, gas fireplace, wet bar, and mini-pool and foosball tables. Sleep soundly on a full-size bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a comfy queen-size bed and direct access to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, whereas the fourth bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The wraparound deck boasts multiple levels and a large observation deck, perfect for catching rays or watching the stars come out.

The balcony holds a gas grill and offers further scenic views of your charming Tahoe neighborhood.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (two in the garage and one in the driveway.) Additional driveway parking for one car is available during the summer months.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are OK).

Please note that access to this home is via a flight of external stairs. Additionally, this home does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

Walk 7 minutes from your rental to the sandy shores of Speedboat Beach. In the evenings, stroll 5 minutes to the heart of Crystal Bay. Here you'll find beloved restaurants and exciting entertainment options -- including the Biltmore Casino.

For more shopping and dining, drive 5 minutes to Kings Beach. Local favorites here include Caliente and Jason's Beachside Grill. In the summer, Jason's holds concerts on the lake every Friday afternoon.

During snowy months, travel 6 miles to Diamond Peak or 9 miles to Northstar Resort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
